  I arrived and stopped to grab a bagel and some coffee. Of the three drip coffee selections, only one actually had coffee in it. The others were empty. There was no milk and no half-and-half available. There were no lids for coffee cups. They were out of a lot of supplies. People were leaving and canceling orders because things were unavailable.

  It took over 20 minutes for this location to make one sandwich! They never called out my name & served everyone else that ordered after I did...before they served me! Then they let another customer take my sandwich If you are running late it is not worth it!

  While the atmosphere is always pleasant and calming, there is a MAJOR issue I seem to keep having with this location. To start off, I am highly allergic to onions (especially red onions). Since the app doesn't allow for allergen accommodations, I always end up going inside. Every time I order a Nova Lox I tell them no red onions, to which they do have a section of their screen at the cash register stating it. To my surprise when I have to leave in a hurry with my food, there are red onions on it. Thus, I spent 12 dollars on something I can no longer eat and wasted my time waiting. This is the fifth time in 6 months that this has happened.... So, if you are allergic to anything they serve, be sure to check your food before leaving.

  how can they be so slow - foods chill, but 4 people making sandwiches should be more dialed

  This is by far the slowest Einsteins ive ever been to. Food is good
