- NMNevaeh Moravetz4 days ago2.0maybe if the teens that worked here weren’t in such a rush, and had basic customer service skills they’d get tipped. Went here today 7/06/26 and the red head at the window took my order and the whole time she was rushing me, never once looked at me, was having side conversations the whole time, and was pointing at other things. When she first came to the window, stood there for a little bit and then goes “what can I get for you” in the most mellow tone I’ve ever heard. I ordered my first drink and waited for her to finish putting in the system, then without asking “is there anything else” she goes “that’ll be $8..” and I was like “oh I had another drink I needed to order” and she goes “oh. Okay what is it” I ordered. She of course pulled the “you can tip screen” and I went to press 15% but she was in such a rush to pull it away from me that I accidentally pressed no tip. Usually I would’ve corrected it but with your attitude, no thanks.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
