- JJJonathanJun 26, 20261.0I’ve reached out to corporate regarding some serious concerns, and they informed me that this store is franchisee operated, not operated by Dominos themselves. I requested to get a call from the franchisee owner, and no such call ever came. That was almost two weeks ago. My concern is unfair labor practices and employee exploitation. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen just one employee running the entire store on their own- working at a frenzied pace to keep up with the workload. I asked him if other employees were here and he was the only one in the store, and there was one other delivery driver. This was on a national holiday, Juneteenth - with 50 pizzas waiting to be made. I’ve been back twice since then, and have seen the same understaffed and overworked employee. I want to get clarification on how these workers are being treated as all information available shows that a community boycott and protest this location may be necessary. I can’t enjoy a Dominos pizza if I know the person who made it is having to work at a frenzied pace to do the labor of multiple people. The community needs clarification on this matter, and would politely remind this location that the State of Colorado has values that that directly oppose these practices. There’s plenty of other pizza shops in the area that have managed to stay in business with more than a single worker running their store.

Tried to order delivery said same thing? Called store said can only make change for $20 either way? Online deal only can't order over phone? Wow ended up ordering papa John’s for crew paid cash plus tip $20 extra. In any industry right now must say yes! Why did you say no?
