  **The worst experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle\.** On Friday, September 4, around 5:00 PM, I stopped at Chipotle to get some tacos\. I was in a hurry, hadn’t eaten anything all day, and thought it would be a quick and easy place to grab something to eat\. I waited in line for about **eight minutes**\. When it was finally my turn, the young woman who helped me was extremely aggressive and rude\. I greeted her politely, but she responded to me in a very short and unfriendly manner\. When my tacos were finally ready, she placed them near the cash register\. I stepped up to pay, and then I stood there for **another four minutes**, while nobody came to take my payment\. She simply went back to serving other customers and completely ignored me\. At that point, I was extremely frustrated\. I ended up walking out **without taking my tacos**\. I didn’t even want them anymore\. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I’m usually very patient, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way\. I was hungry, in a hurry, and simply trying to buy a meal\. Instead, I left feeling angry and completely disrespected\. **This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle\.**

  Half decent food except the steak is more like just fat and cartilage. Good place for a vegetarian

  All the great Chipotle things are here. Pro-tip though, this location uses environmentally conscious paper straws to save the snapping turtles near the commerce city land fill. I recommend using 1 for every refill as they get soggy fast.

  I wish this Chipotle would get their crap together. I order from this location 2-3 times every single week, after I get off my shift. I would say 98 percent of the time my order is never ready. Even though I show up 15-20 min after the pickup time. A couple times, to my surprise, the order has actually been ready... And both times, it was the wrong order.

  Depending on the day in which customer service representatives to you yet, they are either very kind or extremely rude. This is why I usually go to the location on Wadsworth and use this one as a last resort.
