- SSSazmJul 9, 20261.0Don't preorder here. The first time I ordered I got a really small burrito with morsels of food and the second time I got a regular burrito with 80% of it packed with white rice. Also, the mens restroom doesn't lock. They haven't fixed it in months.

She had the confirmation number on her phone, proof that the order was placed at the right location, and the money had been taken out of her account. A guy came up and said "I believe you placed the order, but we don't have it on our screen. You can get in line and order though." As if she's going to wait in line on her lunch break AND pay again? The staff needs better training to handle these situations appropriately. I blame corporate for poor training and a low quality online ordering system, and also the first lady that "helped" my girlfriend for being incredibly rude.

Literally half a scoop of meat for the prices of 4-5$ extra is ridiculous. I let the employee serving me know im not okay with paying extra for very little meat and they still proceeded to charge me. Not coming here again as the service and serving sizes are ridiculous
