  Wow what a disappointment this location has become. When they first opened they were on it and the drinks always came right. The last 2 experiences have been a far cry from opening day and today was my final straw with 7 Brew. Today I watched the employee dump half my drink out to add even more ice to the point my straw would not even enter the cup because of how densely packed with ice it was AND they still charge you over $7 for a medium that is 80% ice. I am not here to pay for ice I am here for coffee. Not only that but they presented my wife with a half full large chai after she asked for no ice and again that drink was $7. We also ordered 2 pup cups and cold foam that never came. At this point you are better off just going to Dutch brothers or Starbucks, or even 7-11 coffee would be better at this point if that’s how they want to serve well paying customers.

  First time here. Coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back next time i’m in the area!

  I just wanted to give a little shoutout to my girl Jay. She was my first 7brew experience, not only did she have amazing suggestions for drinks but her attitude is quite literally one of a kind. I have never felt so welcomed. She has the loudest energy and I look forward to seeing her when she works. Jay you are the absolute best barista! I’ll be back often 🫶

  I hate to leave a negative review because my experiences here have always been great until this last visit. There was a sign outside that said, “Sorry, out of Brew Doughs,” so I assumed that was referring to a type of coffee. I proceeded to place my order and purchased four medium drinks. When our order was handed to us, I asked about the Squishies, only to be told, “Nope, we’re out.” I politely mentioned that there should be a sign letting customers know ahead of time when an item is unavailable, especially because that may be the main reason someone is visiting. In my case, it was the reason I came. Unfortunately, the gentleman’s response was very rude. He told me, “That’s not my fault you didn’t see we were out,” and then turned his back on me. I originally reached out to corporate because I wanted to share my experience directly rather than leave a public review, but I never received a response. So, unfortunately, I’m sharing my experience here. It’s disappointing that one interaction with one employee could completely change an otherwise consistently positive experience. As they say, one bad seed can spoil the whole experience. PLEASE be clear when you are out of a drop not EVERYONE knows your lingo...

  Visiting family from out of town & staying at the apartments across the street, thought I’d place an order and go pick it up with my dog. Walked up to the walk-up window & probably for a good 10 minutes or so—wasn’t acknowledged at all. They probably served about 5 cars in that time. Finally gave in and walked into the drive thru with my dog and finally got served. They didn’t give me straws for my 3 drinks; just an annoying, unwelcoming, overall rude experience.
