  I tried this new location after being let down by the Washington one. Seems there’s a company wide seasoning rationing going on. I ordered extra seasoning and got not a molecule of seasoning. The wings were plain as can be too. I just don’t know why I can’t get seasoned anything from Wingstop anymore, even after I picked extra seasoning. I’m done and I encourage you to be too.

  I ordered 20 classic parmesean garlic wings from this location the other night and had it delivered through uber eats. When the food was delivered to me, i found that instead of the classic wings, wingstop gave me boneless wings. Now I understand its not the end of the world. But when I was in to the location this evening I talked to one of the customer service associates about it and asked if i could speak to the manager about it. He goes to the back of the store and returns a short time later telling me the manager is not willing to do any thing about it. It would have been nice to get an apology from the manager whom im told is named "Ima" but she was not willing to come and even appologize in person or accept any responsibility whatsoever which is one of thw things a manager is supposed to do. If this location is treating me this badly then im willing to gauruntee that they will treat the rest of their customers like this as well. You are much better off going somewhere else for your wings. Update I called back and asked to speak to the manager named ima. However someone named Cylus told me that she was on break and I said I would call back. Whn I did call back cylus said that the manager Ima would not talk to me and that i would have to call back and speak to the manager in the morning. When asked what the managers name is and they told me that they would not give me that information and that I would have to look up that managers name on the website so I pulled up the website and could not find any managers names. So i askecylus while I was on the phone where on the website I could find the managers name whom im supposed speak to tommorrow. After asking that simple question Cyrus told me that he did not have to let me talk to him that way, whrn I asked him what he meant and that i was just asking a simple question asking for help on where to find the store managers name, cylus told me that I was being unprofessional. This store is not willing to provide any semblance of good customer service. They will lie to your face then pawn the responsibility off on someone else. Its not worth your money or worth your time. I urge you to support a different business to get your wings from. These people do not deserve your money!!!!
