Ordered 5 drinks and paid ahead with a tip. One drink, the strawberry all natural lemonade was all ice, with barely any lemonade in it. All they said was "unfortunately there's nothing we can do.". The "manager" said "unfortunately we can't give a refill". It was ALL ICE. Maybe 5 sips of lemonade. So, I paid $4 for ice. (Some melted by the time I took pic)
I had ordered meal deal a few weeks before and hamburger also worst ever, frozen patty barely warmed.
Well, unfortunately they don't do anything to make the customer happy, and unfortunately I will not be back!!

There was a sign saying they are now open late til midnight.. I showed up at about 11:47pm super excited to see they were still open.. all their lights were on and there was 2 or 3 other cars also trying to order at that time.. we first went through the drive thru which we got ignored so we then drove up to one of the stalls where it was clearly still on and open so we pressed the red button to make an order and once again got ignored.. so we then called the restaurant and a man answered rudely telling us yes they're open but because they were slow tonight they closed down everything at 11:45pm and then hung up. What's the point of putting signs all around saying your open late just to ignore your customers and close early.... again all the lights were on saying they were open and we could see all the workers inside literally just ignoring us...

They literally stole money from my account and have screenshots. Started with buy one get one free burger. Which then the deal didn't apply and they charged the full amount. I asked to speak with a manager in which they walked right by my car and back into the restaurant. After 15 minutes I went to the door to check on how to get refunded. The manager wasn't helpful and didn't know other than reach out to support who hasn't mentioned anything. I never received any food and never received a refund. Ive picked up orders from coworkers as well in the past and been letting them know that I won't be doing that anymore and lost a customer.

This location does not honor the $1.99 kids meals on Wednesday as listed online. Also failed to mention they were out of all toys for the kids meals after already paying. Rude and poor customer service.

this sonic location is in desperate need of better training and equipment replacement. the ordering speaker in the drive through is super damaged and degraded the staff cannot hear the customer and the customer has to repeat themselves multiple times louder and louder which creates frustrations in the drive thru. secondly the staff takes quite a while to prepare food leading to long drive thru wait times (whether this is a staffing issue or a training issue corporate needs to correct it) coupled with the broken speaker this sonic falls far below the standard experienced at other locations.
