Horrible customer service. The “manager” is very unprofessional. We placed an order on the app and came to pick it up. We were handed the wrong order. I wanted a dirty strawberry limeade and a diet limeade with extra raspberry. Handed a diet sprite w a regular strawberry limeade. He told me there was nothing he could do about the raspberry but could remake the dirty drink. When I said we paid for extra he told me the flavoring was “clear” and that he didn’t have time to argue with me and “did I want the drink or not”. He claimed to be the manager when I asked. Then when he came to hand me the drink, he threatened not to give it to me, tried to be very intimidating and I said “I just want the drink that I paid extra for”. He also handed me a PINK syrup he said was raspberry. He then told me to “never come back”. To top it off, we checked our food order and that was wrong too! Ordered cheddar peppers and got tots and a pretzel. He could have easily apologized for the mistake and refunded or just remade. Don’t worry. We won’t be back! That’s why all of your stalls are closed off, because customer service is not remotely important.

This sonic looks abandoned from the drive through. This franchise owner needs to have corporate take a tour of its establishment. The customer service and employees at this location have to be the most unorganized and untrained staff I've ever come across at a sonic. This has been ongoing for over 2 years and its continuing to decline. Shut it down.

I go to Sonic at least once a week, and this is officially where I draw the line. I know it’s fast food, so I keep my expectations modest, but today’s experience was a full‑blown disaster from start to finish.
I placed an online order—something that should make the whole process easier—and instead ended up dealing with one headache after another. I had to circle back through the drive‑thru because my tots were rock hard. To the manager’s credit, they replaced them, but that’s where the positives end.
When I got back to the office and opened my sandwich, I literally couldn’t pick it up. It was that bad. The unsweetened tea was weak and practically all ice, even though I confirmed “easy ice” with the manager. On previous visits, the tea actually looked like tea, not melted ice water.
And for the price increases? You’d think the food would at least be decent. This was an online pickup order—meaning the workers didn’t even have to take my order—and somehow it still managed to be a mess.
I used to be a regular, but at this point it’s clear I’m better off skipping lunch or cooking at home. Never again. I’m uninstalling the app as I write this.

This location is probably the worst in the country. Sometimes your order is right sometimes not. Sometimes you get a mint and napkins sometimes not. These employees are a few quarters short of a dollar upstairs is where I’ve landed at this point. First few times I made every excuse - maybe someone had a long day or it was busy or whatever. I have no excuses left. The food is fast food, it’s nothing to be getting upset over. But the fact it’s stupid easy fast food and yet these people can’t get an order right… I give up. Close this location sonic. Save your company some money
Came here and pressed the button to order 3 different times, they never answered. Put in a mobile order for the stall instead. Pressed 2 more times, they finally answered and when we said our mobile order they said to pull forward.. we were in a car stall? Got out and went to the door. Someone came out eventually and was like oh yeah here's the drinks. (25 minutes later with only 2 other cars this whole time who were brought thier orders just fine).
