  I don’t really do review BUT…. Went to this Smashburger location for dinner with my friends on 06/30/26, around 9:00 PM. We had considered eating elsewhere but decided to give this location a try. We placed our order at the self-service kiosk at approximately 9:07–9:08 PM. Our order: * Avocado Green Goddess Salad * All-American Meal Deal (burger, fries, and Coke) Total:$23.38 Unfortunately, we didn't receive our food until around 9:38 PM, a 30-minute wait. What was most frustrating was that no one gave us an update on anything. We had to approach the counter ourselves to ask about our order, and only then were we told they were “just starting”to prepare it. While we were waiting, we noticed another family who arrived after us, placed their order, and received their food before we did. Probably because we choose the “take out” instead of “dine in” option… At first, we gave the staff the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were busy with online or delivery orders, but after waiting so long with no communication, it became disappointing. When our food finally arrived, there were several issues: 1. We were not given a cup for the fountain drink and had to ask for it. 2. The Avocado Green Goddess Salad looked nothing like the picture displayed on the kiosk and appeared to be missing ingredients. 3. The salad was served without any dressing. When we asked for dressing, we were told they didn't have any, even though the kiosk allowed us to select a dressing… After taking just one bite of the salad and a few fries, we decided the meal wasn't worth eating. My boyfriend didn't even take a bite of his burger. We threw away the salad, un-eaten burger, and fries before leaving. The one positive part of our experience was that the staff processed our refund without any issues the same day, and I appreciate that. If management has any questions about what happened, they can review the security camera footage, which should confirm the timeline and events. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the excessive wait time, lack of communication, incomplete order, and poor food quality.

  There burgers are not smash burgers but they are nonetheless delicious. Went with a family of and we all had a blast with our burgers. Tasty, not fat and with fresh ingredients (you can tell with the veggies). They have a nice outdoor area. Definitely recommend.

  Walked in the door and immediately told they were on a 20-30 delay. Food came out. No silverware or napkins. Had to ask for them and wait. Fries were cold. Burger was excellent.

  Isaiah was really great and you can tell a very hard working employee who was going above and beyond for every customer in the restaurant when we was the only one working up front, and with a positive attitude and a smile. Really made the experience! He deserves a raise!

  My daughters and I walked in and stood in line as usual but no one was at the counter. We waited about 5 min in a line of people waiting bc we could see the crew working in the kitchen. Eventually a team member came out of the kitchen, said he was on break, and walked out. So everyone in line walked out too. Very weird.
