- NMNuria Marroquin2 days ago1.0Me and my friend wall in to the restaurant to enjoy a Burger, it was her first time trying Smashburger recommend by me. The cashier was very busy, . She took our order and the cook said it at loud the she should tell us that it will be 45 minutes waiting time, she apologized and said " no, maybe 20. After we wait for our food , the first meal came in wrong, not bacon in the Bacon signature burger, the French fries order was very small and over cooked, I had to stand up to get the bacon put in to the burger, I waited for my order, I requested Avocado and mushrooms that i paid for, the avocado was missing and the mushrooms were overcook, the bread of the 2 burgers was cold and my oil seasoning fries was too much. It was very disappointing for my friend and I . The cashier did good. I really thank her service. The kitchen has a lot to improve on , food service, food handling safety and remember the customer choice is important. We will never be back to that location.
