It helps out when the demeanor of the service is kind and patience towards situations like this. The food was prepped fast and fresh.

A young man came out and told me he couldn't serve us because there were so many pending orders; he said that if we placed an order, it would take two hours, and asked if we were willing to wait that long for a burger—basically saying he would only take the order if we agreed to the wait. It was terrible service—they clearly need more staff. Driving all the way there only to find out you can't eat there is very frustrating.
