  I got two racks of ribs and that's crazy because they always look like they're dried out and they are not. they're so juicy it's a dry rub that makes him look that way Don't judge it until you eat it they fall off the bone. everybody was so nice today. My daughter was crazy calling for a gluten-free bun and yeah we were a lot today. I spent over $100 and I was really grateful and happy for everything .oh except for the you know the brussel sprouts! they're always hard in the middle? they haven't figured out that you boil them or blanch them and do the ice bath shock shit!

  It is really nice that you get the same great food and familiar atmosphere whether you're in Houston or in Washington. Excellent service complete a very rewarding dinner.

  I went to Saltgrass for the first time last night with my parents to celebrate my birthday & I loved the experience! Zoie was our server & she was upbeat, efficient, friendly, accommodating & patient. The 16oz ribeye steak that I got melted in my mouth! *despite me being a dastardly well done steak person* It was perfectly seasoned & the mashed potatoes were great too. The manager checked on us, as did our wonderful server. Everyone was professional & polite. There's a bit of a western theme, plenty of parking & it's easy to get to! I'm definitely coming back & I recommend trying this place. Zoie is an asset & should be a nationwide, Saltgrass customer service trainer! Thanks for the amazing food & evening.

  We were seated for a reservation for 2 at 8pm promptly. We were informed 50 minutes into our meal that the kitchen had run out of our choice. I understand these things happen, but waiting an hour and having to re-fire the order meant we were served late with clearly lower-quality ingredients left toward the end of the night. The manager's limp offer of a complimentary dessert was not appreciated. Nothing personal, but this was textbook poor service. They do serve a decent house salad on a cold plate. I like that. 🙄

  Wonderful place for a date night or family dinner! My husband and I both got the Prime Rib on the Friday and Saturday night special and oh my it was absolutely delicious! The drinks were great and our waitress Alyssa was so helpful with questions and recommendations!
