That was my mistake 100%, however, I got there about 10-15 minutes after placing the order and the line was to the door. I understand places get busy, but, I took the time to order ahead because I was under the impression ordering ahead puts you "in line" before you arrive like anywhere else. When I got there I gave them my name and was told "we will get to it when we clear this line." I thought I misunderstood. Maybe she meant when they get through the people who already started making their food? Right? After about 15 minutes I realize my time frame was running short so I asked her if she could just cancel my online order so I could just leave and get dinner somewhere else that was less busy. I got told, "I will have them start on it right now. I don't know how to cancel it." I just said okay to try and not be difficult but after ANOTHER 15 minutes of me standing there I realized they were still not making it and only started after everyone else was gone. 30 minutes I stood there. Ordered 15 minutes ahead. I guess it would've been faster just to wait in the line and ask someone to start it or something. I ended up being extremely late getting to my plans afterwards even though I picked Qdoba thinking it would be in and out as usual. Adjusting how this location handles online orders may save a lot of trouble for loyal customers who spend their money here.
