The parking situation is atrocious at this store when Police decide to do a traffic stop and block the entrance! Luckily we were able to get our pizzas home going around the drive-thru, but I noticed incoming customers had to divert to a neighboring parking lot and then walk over to the Hut for their pizza. This store could also use sun screens or shades for the west-facing windows in the lobby, as the low sun was brutal at times inside. On occassion communication between the Pizza Hut official website ordering and this store has been an issue for me, but the local workers and managers always made it right, and the pizzas have always been great from this new kitchen.

The service was okay it was so great that they understand when they messed up my order the reason for two stars on the food was because the pizza was okay but the boneless wings were spicy garlic and we asked for buffalo sauce

Messed up my order, didnt get all my order, and when you call they wont answer the phone. They wont even answer when the call center calls them. Edit, gave them another chance, this time they answered the phone but they messed up my order, ordered light light sauce and I received regular sauce. When I spoke with them about it they argued that what I received was light sauce. What I got was regular sauce. My advice just order from somewhere else. Maybe this one will continue to do the customer wrong and driving the customer away. No customers no business no job. Worst experience
