  We were so excited Pizza Hut reopened in the neighborhood after it burned down. We finally got to order. We were excited about the drive thru pick up. Unfortunately they incorrectly made one of our pizzas. On the receipt, it clearly stated bacon and black olives among other things, Actually what we had got was mushrooms, no bacon, no olives. With me being allergic to fungus, I was very unhappy to find mushrooms on my pizza. I called and let them know I talk to the manager. He said he would have it made and we would be there in 15 minutes to pick up the free pizza they were giving us due to their mistake. Unfortunately when we got there, the manager had left for the weekend and did not disclose the issues with the night manager. Who was very insufficient with her work ethics. We arrived to pick up our other pizza. They said they hadn’t made it although there was a pizza I noticed in the oven warming.. It sat there for about 15 minutes until my wife walked in upset, wondering where I was. She asked the manager how long it had been sitting there Once she noticed, she had asked the cooks where the pizza was. She came and checked the warmer there it was she came to the counter with a nasty attitude, opened the box and said oh is this right for you?. Despite her negligence, we decided to take the pizza and go ahead and go. It was right for our order. Please do not order from this place. They are terrible with order placement. Please check your order before leaving.

  Transferred around from call centers trying to place an order. The call center doesn’t accept the order. Shop local!

  Happy to see this location back open. Heads up they give points to collect for free stuff on their app. I do wish they made it more restaurant style instead of just a pick up location.
