❌ Utterly Disappointing & A Complete Rip-Off – Never Again I am beyond angry and incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I paid almost $60 for a T-bone steak, a sweet potato, and a side of broccoli—and it was a total waste of money. While the food itself had decent flavor, it was absolutely swimming in oil. It was cooked in so much grease that it completely wrecked my stomach, and I've been paying for it ever since. Paying premium prices for food that makes you sick is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the entire atmosphere was ruined by a repulsive stench. The bathroom smelled like rotten, decaying pipes, and the odor was so strong it wafted all the way out to the bar booth where we were sitting. Trying to eat a $60 meal while smelling that was stomach-churning. Our server, Dolly, was completely checked out and distracted. She completely forgot my drink, and I was left sitting there literally choking on my food with nothing to wash it down until I was almost completely done eating. On top of that, she couldn't even remember to bring us napkins, and we had to wait a ridiculous 30 minutes just for the food to arrive. Between the awful grease, the disgusting sewage smell, and Dolly’s nonexistent service, this was a miserable, overpriced experience. Save your hard-earned money and go somewhere else. I definitely won't be back.

Food was good. Has been awhile since I have had a great meal in my state at an outback. So I’m glad to find a store out of my home town state that still can deliver the goods.

I came in with my family for Father’s Day super excited because we haven’t had outback in a long time. Our server was horrible. We sat on the left side of the restaurant on a booth right next to the entrance and had a boy server. As someone who works in the food industry as a server I was super disappointed. First we did not get straws from our server and every other table he had did get straws. We let him know our sodas were flat and he responded very sarcastically and rude “if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have brought them out”. He was incredibly rude with the table behind us as well as he mis heard them and didn’t bring them a salad. Again as someone who works in the service industry you don’t fight back with the customer I understand being frustrated but the responses he gave us and the other tables we’re rude. Thank you to the other servers who brought our food and appetizers because they were great. Server with glasses was great as he was able to bring my dad a Coke after we had a flat one. Like I said I understand it was busy and soda machine seemed to not be working but there’s no need to be rude to the customers. To add to it all we maybe interacted with our server twice. He only checked on us once. But had really good conversations with other tables. So let me just say this was incredibly upsetting. I hope management can take care of this because I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

The steak my fiance ordered was supoose to be medium and ended up being rare. The fried chicken sandwhich I got was very dry and looked very unpresentable. Everything was just thrown on the plate. The kitchen staff forget our mashed potatoes so we had to ask for that and the alcohol beverage showed up when our food arrived. Our server was amazing and the manager comped our food. But I feel the kitchen needs to step their game up. I used to be a chef for scratch kitchens for 12 years and id be screaming at my cooks for sending food out like that. But the manager and the server made the experience better. I dont know if id want to come back but im not the one for going to steakhouses for this exact reason.

We were so excited to come here. We brought friends and family to celebrate, and let’s just make a long story short. It was a disappointment to say the very least. It was Also pretty overpriced especially for what you got. Definitely save your money and go to Texas roadhouse or another steak house of your choice, but this one isn’t it’! The server, although he was very busy, he was very tentative had nothing to do with the service. We tipped him over 30% he was wonderful The food on the other hand was not so wonderful. $300 some dollars later it was everything from undercooked steaks, overcooked appetizers to just OK tasting desserts and pretty bland drinks. Maybe it was the night maybe it’s the location I’m not sure. I’m just telling you our experience. It wasn’t what we pictured or what we imagined, and we certainly will not be going back again. It’s a shame because every year for Christmas we always bought everybody outback steakhouse gift cards. That’s also got to change. I absolutely hate leaving a review like this, but it’s the only way that any Business is going to get better. Like I said, save yourself the trip save yourself the bad experience the bad review the overpriced mediocre food and just go somewhere. That’s a little bit more dependable and If you do find yourself in the review section of Google, hopefully it’s because you had an enjoyable experience somewhere.
