  Ordered and egg an cheese sandwich. Checked the bag and it had the special sticker on it that said "egg and cheese". We drove away and when I went to eat it, it was a sausage and cheese sandwich. So I ate a protein bar instead because I can't eat McDonalds sausage. I went back after I got the kid dropped off and the manager refused to give my money back. As if I would trust them to not just remove the piece of sausage and just add an egg instead. They clearly didn't care about my life enough to even look at the sticker before they sent the sandwich out so why would that attitude change on a remake?

  This Spanish dude at night that has an accent seriously sucks at taking orders. messes them up 60% of the time. Terrible ratio and how do you keep a job with cars passing in annoyance. I get upcharged a few bucks occasionally and it’s just not worth my time going back. What the heck honestly

  Making you pull forward to wait for a normal order is ridiculous. What's even more ridiculous is they forget about you and make you wait half an hour while they fumble around, meanwhile your order is sitting there the whole time. AND THEN THEY GIVE YOU THE FOOD THAT HAS BEEN SITTING ON THE COUNTER FOR THIRTY MINUTES. Literally the only person in the drive thru at night and they pulled this. If it was a one time thing, I could possibly excuse it. But this has happened multiple times with no explanation and no refund on cold food due to employee disregard that's incredibly hard to not confuse for intentional incompetence. Until this branch gets some major changes, don't go there. Your time and money will be wasted.

  They didn't include one of my meals. I asked for an $8 refund and was told no. I contacted corporate and they said they needed my original receipt but the store never gave me my receipt so I provided the date, time, location, order number, my contact information and they kept sending me the same email asking for the same information that I already gave them THEN they said there was nothing they could do and that I needed to go into the store again. I used to get McDonald's multiple times a week but now I refuse to go because they wouldn't refund me $8 for my missing food. EDIT: replying to reach out to corporate is completely irrelevant because I ALREADY DID THAT

  This place is insane dirty and barely anyone was there. There was one guy trying to do everything while everyone else watched him. (including the manager). This place has potential but everyone needs to pitch in. Also the food took forever and it still wasn't cooked all the way by the time we go it. I do not recommend this McDonald's
