- CHCasey HooverSep 20, 20261.0Worst jimmy johns experience ive ever had. Working on the road I get delivery quite often. My hotel is 4 minutes from the store. I waited over 40 minutes from the time the driver left the store to the time they called me and asked me to meet them in the lobby. my sandwhich got soggy and the wrapper is soaked. Hardly any meat or toppings on the sandwich at all. Add a watered down drink that tasted horrible and couodnt even drink it. To top it off i paid for delivery, tipped and still had to go meet the driver. If you have a delivery to be made dont send a driver who is unable to make the full delivery. Will not be a return customer of this location. Waste of $30 dont waste your time here.

I had to be the one to demand the order be cancelled and refunded as the manager provided zero options to solve the problem of an order being undelivered for 2 hours. He couldn’t even tell me why it was Uber delivering my order in the first place. I typically order multiple times a week and this will be my last with this store.
