  Apparently now they send your orders through Uber without telling you. I would have picked up rather than waited an hour for my sandwich. They didn't even give me an option or call me to tell me they don't have a driver they don't have enough orders they just simply put it through Uber and made me wait an hour for a sandwich.

  Where do I start. Just went in this store and ordered 2 #9's, with no tomatos and ranch instead of mayo. This dude had to be high!! I was in there with my daughter who verbally made order. He asked me the same question 3 times (answering him every time) to which if he was paying attention there wouldn't be another question. We saw employees eating and not washing their hands after. Got home to find out that our sandwiches are completely wrong. Not worth going back. Ill just "eat" the 28$ I spent and not the sandwiches. The Jimmy John's by Sheridan is way better, cleaner, and not high.

  I would give this location zero stars if I could. It's been a while since my last 1 star review of this location. Unfortunately, it's on my way home from work so I gave this store another try since it seems to have new employees. I'm pregnant and I had my husband order on the app ahead of time. I can't eat cold cut meat right now so I gave him my very specific order. He customized the Veggie for me. He paid extra for extra avocado spread. He added a few extra veggies for me. I pick up the sandwiches and there is barely ANY avocado spread on it and none of the extra veggies I asked for at all. It's like they can't even read a simple order. My husband's sandwich was dry and also had little to no avocado spread. We had to add mayonnaise from our own fridge to them. This store NEVER gets the customizations right. I guess I'll have to stand there and watch them make every sandwich if I ever choose to go here again. I'd rather just drive 10 extra minutes and go to the Broomfield location instead.

  Jimmy Johns lacks variety. Mom and pop shops is where it's at. Unless they don't have fresh cuts and vegetables!
