- TRTaylor RomeroJun 24, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share!!! I chose this restaurant to celebrate my best friend’s birthday after seeing beautiful photos and an impressive menu online. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like we expected. After waiting to even be greeted, our first server informed us she was leaving and that the restaurant was in the middle of a shift change. We ordered only a burrata appetizer and a seared ahi salad, yet it took over 35 minutes for our food to arrive despite there being only one other occupied table. Once our food was delivered, we were completely forgotten. No one checked on us, asked if we needed anything, or returned to our table for over 30 minutes. We eventually had to walk to the hotel’s front desk and ask someone to find a restaurant employee because there wasn’t a single staff member available in the dining room. It was actually insane lol When another server finally came over, she simply said, “Didn’t anyone tell you? Your server left 30 minutes ago.” The biggest disappointment wasn’t even the food, though it was quite bland and undercooked —it was the complete lack of service and communication. When we asked to speak with a manager, the conversation focused on whether we liked the food instead of acknowledging that we’d essentially been abandoned during our meal. Having both worked in the hospitality industry, we understand that mistakes happen. But guests should never have to chase down staff just to receive service. I’ve never been just forgotten about entirely and I can’t believe none of the staff had the notion to check what was happening in the front of house. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Would not suggest going there any time soon 🙃

The service was adequate, though I did have to repeat myself several times and answer the same question several times. We had to ask for the extra potatoes the waitress offered us in lieu of toast, because they didn't come on our plates. Mostly, I'm frustrated that from when we were seated, it was an hour before our food came out. We didn't order anything extravagant, just the standard Origin Original and a scramble. You'd think maybe it was the Father's Day rush, but a quarter of the tables were empty. Two other larger parties who didn't have reservations (we did) who arrived at the same time we did were done with their meals, paid, and left before our food came out. One of them had the same waitress. Oh, and we came with a baby. When they took our reservation on the phone, they offered us a high chair (which we accepted), but they didn't even offer us one when we were there, though we happened to be fine putting the carseat on the table. But you'd think they would have offered, since they allegedly noted it on the reservation. I wouldn't discourage folks from coming here, but the experience was not worth repeating.

I asked for some new fries because they were served cold and while the new fries were hot, they were still very hard and dry. French onion soup was delicious. Parfait was yum although a but pricey for some soup and yogurt. Overall it was the fries that really made it quite disappointing because that's just the easiest thing to make... makes me question the rest of the food you know?
- LLLosJun 21, 20261.0I brought my family to Famille Restaurant expecting a nice meal, but unfortunately it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The service was extremely slow. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food to arrive, which is unacceptable, especially with children. When the food finally came out, the meat was raw and could not be eaten safely. To make matters worse, my children’s chicken strips were so dry and overcooked that they were completely inedible. Between the excessive wait, poor food quality, and overall disappointing experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. We left frustrated and disappointed. I will never come back here again. This was probably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had.

The service was average, but it took far too long to get the food (there were tables that arrived after us that didn’t have a reservation that got their food first). The food itself wasn’t bad, but nothing stuck out as particularly good, and the portion sizes were tiny. I wouldn’t really recommend this place to anyone.
