    Hello. I took myself to this Dutch bros along side my best friend who has recently gone through a traumatic experience with her divorce and which she was having a mental breakdown. In order to cheer her up I decided to take her her somewhere fun , when I asked where she wanted to go she said “ all I want is some boba balls” so we decided to go this Dutch bros and aquire some good balls to make her feel better. We drive there while she continues to have her mental troubles. We ask for some super novas with EXTRA boba because that’s literally all we came for. I paid with CASH BTW . We waited for 15 minutes for TWO FREAKY DEAKY DRINKS while I tried my hardest to distract her , because otherwise she would’ve probably started screaming and hallucinating. I pop my head in to see that the employees are jaming out to low by whoever which okay me too . But then they give us our drinks and guess what. No balls of boba. So I immediately turn back to ask for some and this was our interaction “ hey, I think you forgot to put the boba balls! Can you just put some in the top or something ? “ “ when?” “ uhm? What do you mean when ? “ “ when did you ask for them” “ when I ordered. “ “ oh yeah, uhm I’m gonna have to charge you for those .” “ yeah that’s fine “ I say as I hand her the cash. “ uhm actually we don’t take cash. “ I stared at her with disbelief and pointed to my drinks . “ yeah they just changed it up on us sorry . “ I tried to demand my freaking boba balls bc wdym you don’t take cash after I just paid with it?!?! But she walked away and turned into the back. I was about ready to go Karen mode on her but she never came back out. I’m pretty sure she made my besties day worse. Shame. The drinks were good. But not the same without boba. Also if you’re wondering , yes my bestfriends mental breakdown did not end .

    Long wait times and my order is never right. Never. I know this place is convenient and along the highway but this not a good location.

    This is my second time at this location. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. The one in a brown shirt with shorts and slides on was very rude. I had asked for her to spilt my medium drink into 2 kids cups because I’ve always been able to do that before and she said well we don’t do that here at this operation, first interaction then I nicely asked her if this was new or what changed and she said nothings changed we simply don’t do this here at our operation am I wrong or aren’t all Dutch bros the same? And then she walked away and had someone else finish my order idk for what lol. The first interaction was a few days ago too with the same person and she has no motivation to even to work like get someone who wants your job cause damm!!

    This location just seem to keep declining every time I go here. It's super convenient to my work so it was really nice to pop in right before my morning shift. I understand when they are busy there is a wait but when there are no cars in the drive through and I order on the app about 10-15 mins ahead of time, there are normally 4-5 employees working and still have to wait an additional 10 mins for one drink is not ideal. This is my 5th visit in the past 2 months and it's been the same each time. Hopefully it gets better!

    Meh - "broistas" do not craft the drinks with any consistency. Was offered by corporate, a complimentary drink as an apology for a messed up order, but then they never actually sent the drink credit.
