  My overall experience here was wonderful. My kid enjoyed playing in the arcade, he loved the food, and especially loved the human claw machine. He loved this as he was able to choose an awesome toy and the girl controlling it, who’s name was Keren, was very nice and gentle with my son. I would recommend others to visit this place and especially check out the human claw machine as it is a fun environment for your child and Keren created a very wonderful environment for my son and I.

  We were very impressed w the menu. The food was delicious and the pricing fair. The "background music" was loud enough you needed to shout to have a conversation. Apparently it's a corporate set level that can not be adjusted or replaced w other audio requests. . On the very empty Wednesday night we went, most patrons were there to watch the Hockey or Basketball game. Why, then, have a corporate policy that prevents the employees being flexible w what audio the people actually there would prefer to hear? If they are supporting the restaurant on a dead night, why not support back? Service was friendly once it started, but it took over 8 minutes to even be acknowledged by either employee working the bar area. It's hard to get in a groove on slow nights, but service seemed more lax than it should have been. Wouldn't go back w out a good reason.

  Our party recently visited for a company dinner, and Kaylah provided absolutely exceptional service. Handling a large group can be a challenge, but she was incredibly organized, attentive, and kept everything moving perfectly. Her professionalism and positive energy really elevated the evening for our team. If you’re looking for someone who can manage a high-pressure service with total grace, Kaylah is the best! Tons of fun games and the drinks were great. Food was pretty decent for a family fun centre and our company has elected to come here twice because of the great service and being family-friendly while still providing a good experience for adults too.

  I went last night to Dave and Busters, had a blast with my kids! Great food, great games, and great entertainment, but what blew my experience away was how the front desk worker was super kind and sweet, super welcoming by greeting us when we came in and asking if we had any questions. We did not know how to purchase or activate a card to play games but the sweet girl Noemi helped out. She kindly assisted us with activating a card, and helping us understand, the basics. She was so sweet and made this visit so much more stress-free; feeling welcomed like if its home and having great service really gave us a great night. Thank you Noemi for your kindness and help, and we cant wait for our next visit!

  I visited this location yesterday 4/27/26 and sat at the bar. There were two bartenders, a man with dark hair and glasses, I believe his hair was in a ponytail. The other bartender was a blonde girl. I sat at at the bar for 12 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Which is odd because they seemed to greet every other patron that sat immediately. I watched the both of them avoid giving me eye contact. At one point, the guy even went to the POS and checked his phone, sent a few texts and then walked all the way around the bar to do nothing to avoid serving me.The bar was nowhere eat full, maybe 40% at best. He then walks up to me after 12 minutes and said , “ what are you drinking?” I did have a brief co version with GM Zachery who assured me that they are “ a diverse, inclusive team” and he “ doesn’t believe I was discriminated against because of the color of my skin.” Hard to say since I was the only person who just so happened to be black that was being ignored. He did attempt to soften the blow with comped food/drinks, but I declined. I’m nit looking for a hand out, I just wanted to be treated fairly and equally. It was honestly very jarring and I won’t be back.
