  I just absolutely love Dave and Busters. Shanice got me my water with lids I always ask for and I didn’t have to ask twice like usual. She got my order perfect and made our mommy daughter date on a budget as fun as possible. :) yay! Thanks for your awesome service! Westminster is my favorite location!

  We mostly visit for the half-price games or the summer pass 🎟️🕹️—both are fantastic value and the perfect way to spend a few hours escaping the summer heat! ☀️❄️ ​The games are super fun! If a machine happens to be out of order, it’s understandable, and they’re almost always fixed by our next visit. 🔧👾 ​A huge shout-out to the incredible staff! 🙌 Every time we’ve had an issue with a game or a card that didn't activate, they’ve been quick, friendly, and super helpful to our family. ⭐ ​A few tips for future visitors: ​Drinks: Grabbing drinks from the bar is easy, and the free unlimited soda refills are a huge plus for the kids! 🥤✨ ​Dining: The food has been a miss for us—we found it overpriced for the quality, so we’ve decided to skip dining here on future trips. 🚫🍔 ​Overall, despite the pricey food, the games, deals, and great customer service give this place plenty of redeeming qualities. We still enjoy our visits and hope you have a great time too! 🎉🕹️

  We had a great time at the Westminster, Colorado location. We ordered drinks & food. Yaretsi gave us some some good recommendations. She couldn't have been nicer, more helpful and friendly. Yaretsi kept checking on us. Games were fun and we had a great time.

  We made a trip today to celebrate the last day before school started. We ordered a few appetizers (Nachos, quesadilla and pretzel dogs.) I spoke with the manager about how spicy the dipping sauce was for the Pretzel dogs and that they were lucky that my children weren’t younger since because they’d be hearing more about how almost inedible the dipping sauce actually was. The Manager (Michael) stated that he liked the sauce and walked away. I’ve never had a manager act this much like managing wasn’t in their job description. Extremely Piss Poor Service Recovery. No need to waste money on food service at this establishment

  Teara was very pleasant from the greeting all the way throughout our dining experience. Teara made sure we didn't run out of libations, that the food was tasty and that if anything was needed she was prompt to provide it for us. The boneless wings were overcooked and hard to eat. The cherry bomb sauce was tasty but again; hard to eat wings. I do not blame it on Teara as that is a kitchen problem. Overall I highly recommend Teara as a server. Kitchen staff needs more training.
