  Service is so bad, employees swear they got better things to do, they’re super slow and there is alwayss a super line here just for the staff to be unprepared and make you wait 10 minutes for protein both steak and chicken. Portions are terrible and the girl in the front has attitude when you ask for more. Not coming back I’d rather go next door to Buffalo Wild Wings.

  I went in today before the gym hoping to get a protein cup but saw how incredibly long the line was so I decided to come back after my workout. Two hours later, I went back only to find the same long line. I waited to order my food and after 30 minutes waiting in line I make it to the front and the employee tells me they're out of protein. Worst location ever, they're underprepared for rushes. Staff is super slow and has an attitude.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered steak for my bowl and was given an extremely small portion. I asked for a little more, and after barely getting one extra piece, I decided to pay for double steak. Even after paying for double, I received only a tiny amount more. I have worked at Chipotle before, and I have never seen portions this small. I watched other employees prepare bowls and burritos, and the portions looked noticeably better. I definitely did NOT receive the double portion I paid for. On top of that, the employee who served me had a very unpleasant attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I understand wanting to control costs, but charging customers for double meat and barely adding any is not acceptable. Very disappointed with this location.

  Went in ordered a chicken bowl and paid for my food come to find out I had paid someone else's food without knowing cashier supposedly asked me if the gentleman next to me was with me but I never recall her, asking me that with that being said, she snatched the receipt out of my hand-rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude it was a simple mix up that she could have simply fixed. But instead copped an attitude and rolled her eyes the whole entire time, she's sitting there huffing and puffin with in attitude like I said it was a simple mistake that could of been fixed i should of been the one upset when I got charged double but I didn't with that being said, this is not the kind of hospitality or customer service us customers should be receiving it's very unprofessional her name is Elizabeth

  We went on during a dinner rush was fine waiting for steak to be cooked but they started just using it for pick up orders. Then the girl at the start of the line had a complete attitude problem snapped at us and then just made us half made terrible food. Won’t be back. Thanks
