- NNNickJul 27, 20261.0This is the second time at this location that our online order has taken a crazy amount of time despite the restaurant not being very busy. They make multiple orders in the back and let them pile up before bringing them up front, so there were 8 other people waiting for online orders while nobody was in line ordering food. The order was "promised by 6:50" per the receipt, but we didn't get it until 7:15. When we finally got our order, they had forgotten half of the items that we paid for as well.

I asked for more, the line worker seemed to take it personally as if this was HIS food. He looked me in the eyes and pretended to add more rice, amounting to honestly just a few grains as he then took the bowl and passed it on without asking if that was a good amount. We are not talking close to the amount of the serving, we are talking 1/3rd of the normal serving size in a burrito bowl. If you go to chipotle for the value of the food compared to the amount received, go to another!

Despite how hectic it was, the employee preparing the bowls, the employee adding the toppings, and the woman at the register were all unbelievably kind, friendly, and professional. Even with the rush, they all had such positive attitudes and provided excellent customer service. Those three employees are the reason I’ll gladly come back to this location. To be honest, many of my past visits here have been disorganized, and the customer service hasn’t always been great. But whoever was working tonight completely changed that experience. Thank you for making such a busy evening feel welcoming and enjoyable. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed!
