I have special needs kiddo, so I order a side beans and rice, in a bowl, just side of beans and rice. I ordered 2 of those ( so she'll have something to eat tomorrow.Also) and one side of guacamole, and they tried to charge me $17 and some change. For 2 sides of beans and 2 sides of Rice and a side of guacamole and when I called them out on it, the cashier girl rolled her eyes and looked at the guy next to her who looked angry and shrugged his shoulders, so I started to step away, and then she changed the price down to 8.40, which it should have been. They don't treat me like this at other Chipotles. I go down to the 1 / 52th and Wadsworth and the kid was literally like, oh, is that all you're having and put like twice as much rice and beans in the bowl and then charged me for 2 sides. Like he should have and was also generous to my child. This manager needs to wake up and treat the community better than this 17+ for a couple of sides is criminal.\n And a horrible way to treat members of the community and we go to Chipotle once a week cause my kid, also autistic and only eats a few different foods.......

I've never done catering in my life but today we had a social mixer for our business and ordered $400 worth of food for 30 people. Message received saying it was delivered yet there's 30 people here without food. We called and was transferred to a third party phone service which stated they couldn't do anything and literally hung up. This might possibly be the worst experience of all experiences when it comes to my history with any restaurant. This is so embarrassing, finally spoke to someone and they said they "created a ticket", what would be right is doing whatever it takes to get the customer their food but guess it's all about profit because what's one order right? If a boycott occurs you know where it originated.
