  I went there few days ago around 12 for lunch, I stopped going to chipotle 3 years ago but thought I’d give them another chance. A mistake that’s for sure. I ordered a chicken burrito. The lady made sure to drizzle a tiny bit of sour cream and a little bit of salsa on it. When I asked for more sour cream all of a sudden she doesn’t understand English, she points at other toppings pretending to not understand. 1st the burrito was very dry. Secondly , im eating this in my car, the burrito already had a hole in it, so everything fell out. I tossed it. I also got the chili lime chips and holy saltiness. That’s all I could taste was pure salt and a hint of lime. Never going back. Also there were customers including me waiting for $1 bills. I paid in cash and she gave me change but says I’ll give you the $3 in a bit. Yall should be taking care of this once your store opens.

  I like chipotle and frequent it often. But the tables are never clean and the front glass door is ALWAYS disgustingly filthy. Why don't they ever clean the door?? Yeech. No one will go there with me because of this. Fix it!

  0 stars is more fitting. Went to this location for a quick bite. 1st red flag: old Hispanic lady choose to throw away plastic before making my food and touch the trash. Trash looked like a new bag so I said nothing. Red flag 2: she stared coughing and she wasn’t coughing with the girl in front of me. She excused herself to go cough on the side of the fridge into both of her hands. She had the nerve to come back with the same bowl and try to make my food. Red flag 3: I asked her to change her gloves. She obliged but not without having a snark remark to her coworker. This tells me she was doing it all on purpose but smiling in my face. The manage or a man that seemed to be the manager bust out the kitchen door yelling for an employee to ring me up. He should focus more on sanitation.

  At 2:30 pm today, Sunday the 27th, we went to this Chipotle and whoever was at the register was extremely rude. I misheard her, and said “chips please,” but she took a deep breath and repeated “together or separate” slow like I was stupid. We got the wrong bag of chips so we went to the front and asked for the chili lime chips and told her we would pay the difference. She didn’t say a word, just smashed the bag of chips we gave back to her and gave us the new ones.

  Im honestly very surprised Chipotle has increased its profits from ten years ago. Im sure most of that is due to price increases. However, food quality and customer satisfaction is at an embarrassing low. I remember when the food would still be warm despite having a few salsas and guac. But now you add those topping and the bowl is like it was pulled out the fridge. This location and the 104th location have decide that is important to do their closing cleaning with still a couple hours of service left, then serve the customers as they walk in. The one girl did offer a drink while i waited for them to finish cleaning the floor behind the hot bar and cold car, as well as finishing the cleaning of the glass. I don’t know maybe it’s just me, but it’s unfathomable. Very hard to take serious anymore. But maybe thats Chipotles new protocol in order to save labor and get out at a faster time. I personally dont get. Maybe im old school. But in all my years in customer service, and being a Kithen Manager, as well a Service Manager at chipotle 10 years ago, the standard was not what i have recently seen. Honestly leaving reviews does no good. To be honest im just gonna do it anyway because well maybe something will click. Either from my review or somebody elses. Which though, I highly doubt. Chipotle was the “go-to” spot for me and a lot of friends and family. But honestly i dont know how they stay in business when the food is cold, and customers must wait for closing cleaning should be done. Not like my $15 bucks matters out of the Billion dollars Chipotle makes, but Qdoba will get the money that i work hard for. At least i know the food will be warm, and the customer service will be better than what I’ve experienced at Chipotle recently. Good luck Chipotle. Hopefully one day things change.
