Short hispanic lady. Her name tag only said "manager" She throws food after their credit card system went down. She threw our 2 bowls in a bag and slid it across the counter almost went to the floor if i hadnt caught it. This is my third interaction with this lady. Every time i see her its been bad! But who do you complain to? The manager whos acting out. We will just have to make the orchard one our new home location.

They said that the order was already picked up and they couldn’t do anything about it. I thought because I wasn’t the one who ordered it, maybe they also did not want to give it to me or help me. My husband came in and asked about the order, they told him the same that someone already came and picked it up. He told them if he could get it remade or a refund and they told him no, that sometimes people steal the orders and they can’t do anything about it. after a bit of back and forth the manager finally said “you don’t need to get mad at us, we can just remake it”. the reason we were getting mad is because this wasn’t their first solution, they insisted on arguing with us instead. they did remake our food but it was done with so much annoyance. overall, super RUDE staff. they also don’t give you enough food, and then get annoyed when you ask for a bit more. horrible, horrible experience. we will not be back and going to qdoba instead.
