  They don't have a "Breakfast Burrito" option like the location on Broadway, by I-25. However, the food is always real hot and guaranteed made fresh. Better than the Broadway location in terms of customer service so far.

  Let me start off by saying I love this place it is my favorite between this or chubbys I always pick here. The girl that works there majority of the time is amazing! So little backstory, I used to be able to eat the hottest chile and anything spicy and then after I had my son in 2016 I literally couldn’t even handle the hot sauce at Taco Bell because pregnancy hormones changed my taste buds so sadly 99.9% of chile is too hot for me. And it doesn’t just register like ooh that’s spicy like it used to it literally causes me physical pain that takes my breath away but I love this place so much that I found a way to eat it without hurting myself and that’s by getting the chile on the side and whatever I get, I get extra sour cream on the side and on my food because it helps with the heat and they have the best sour cream. So today I ordered the Mexican hamburger and I love their carne asada fries so I also got a small and then a few other things for my kids but I had to door dash because we had a nightmare ringworm situation happen after my son went to a swim bday party and me and three kids got it and our cat 😔 so I been trying to not go shopping or in person to not risk infecting anyone. The only prob with door dash is they don’t take special requests in the app so you can’t put things like chile on the side so I always call as soon as I put the order in to let them know. Today I call within seconds of ordering an someone picks up but doesn’t saying anything and I can just hear the chatting then it hangs up. So try calling a bunch of times and the line stayed busy the entire time and I knew if I cldnt let them know I needed it on the side I wouldn’t be able to eat my food so after ten mins of trying to call I called the door dasher who said he was just pulling up and would let me talk to them. So he puts some guy otp and I explain that I been calling for over ten mins and explained why. He says yea well we have been busy and I apologized for having to interrupt his day and told him if it wasn’t important it wouldn’t matter but I won’t be able to eat it if it’s smothered and he tells me well our chile isn’t even hot and I said that’s good for u but it’s hot for me and I need it on the side and it don’t let u in the app to put that and I’ve been calling since the second I made the order. He then told me that you can write stuff for requests and I had to keep telling him you can’t. he then said the food was already made and that the best he can do is have no chili on the fries but if he did the Mexican hamburger for me it would “come out of his check” . And that’s the best he can do. So I get the food already knowing I just wasted money on a Mexican hamburger I can’t eat and then the fries had no sour cream on them nor did I get my side of sour cream. So I couldn’t eat the fries either regardless if the chili was on the side because the chili is too hot. The sour cream made it so I could enjoy my fav place without being in pain. So now I have no dinner. And may seem small but it’s not and after the week I’ve had I just wanted to sit and enjoy a meal. So I literally started crying out of frustration and frustration that I’m hungry and can’t eat unless I want dry cold fries rn. And I’m sorry but if I’m paying for my food and or for extras like sour cream I should be able to get the food how I’m able to eat it and not be made to feel like it’s my problem and my fault and having to swallow the money I spent on food I can’t eat because they didn’t answer their phone and have no way in the app to convey things like that.. The girl who’s usually there knows my whole can’t eat Chili thing and how I have to smother it in sour cream In order to eat it and she playfully makes fun of me but ultimately understands and never makes me feel like it’s a problem for her. And I appreciate that sm 😔 Sorry for the rant I’m just really upset. So if you order door dash and have special requests maybe call before you place the order so you don’t end up like me and waste money on food you can’t eat.
