  I heard so much about 𝘾𝙖𝙫𝙖 from my friends and co-workers, so I finally decided to try it for myself. After the gym, I ordered it as a post-workout meal and built my own bowl. I was surprised by how fresh the vegetables tasted and how flavorful the salmon was. It made for a great post-workout meal, and I enjoyed it. I'll definitely be coming back more often, especially after the gym!

  The place was dirty, they left off multiple toppings and did not bother to call or let me know if they were out of them, and the salads we ordered had ten pieces of arugula and romaine. Paid $40 for three pieces of falafel and some olives. Then I took it up with customer service and they offered me half off two entrees but I can only use one per order. Didn’t even ask for a refund and so a consolation is $5 off? Waste of time and money.

  I always love the food at CAVA, but during our recent visit, my husband’s bowl came out with very small portions. He mentioned they barely put any toppings on it, so I decided to go up to the counter and ask if we could get a little more of what he wanted. The young woman working the counter was incredibly sweet and immediately started helping me out by adding more toppings. However, an older woman working there stepped in and was very rude, saying "it's too late" to add anything. I actually apologized to the younger employee for the way that lady spoke to us, and she was so sweet about it—she smiled, told me not to worry, and joked around to ease the tension. I even tried to give her a tip because of how kind and helpful she was, but she honestly told me, "No, it's okay, we get paid well here!" We will definitely come back because the food is delicious and employees like that young woman make the experience great, but management might want to address the attitude of the older staff member. Customer service makes a big difference!

  Tried CAVA for the first time. 2 bowls were $30, too expensive for the portion size. I had the falafel bowl, only 2 falafel in the whole bowl. Good ingredients but overpriced for what you get. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

  It’s difficult to eat healthy at most places, even ones that claim healthy eating. One is never sure if they’ve cooked in oil, or ….Cava lists the calories for each option you can add to your bowl. As you build your bowl, you can keep track of nutritional information as it goes into your bowl and you can adjust accordingly. The calories are probably not exact but they do help give an idea. Thus you can end up with a bowl that fits ones healthy or nutritional requirements. Added to that, the food is REALLY good. Only negative is service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get really great people helping prepare your bowl. Other times they are impatient, snappy, not very friendly.
