  I have done work around this Cava multiple times and they are very kind, food is incredible, employees are awesome, and the building and bathrooms are clean and maintained

  I have been to this location so many times and I have never had my bowl filled so little. The curly hair guy serving me gave barely anything in my bowl and also kept misunderstanding what i was asking for

  We order take out probably once a week. Our order is always correct, always delicious, and always ready quickly. We love the consistency and always have a great meal. The best fast casual chain in the area for sure!

  I had a terrible experience at this Cava location due to extreme rudeness from the staff and a serious health safety issue. First, when I requested rice, the employee put a tiny portion in my bowl and told me she’d have to charge me extra if she added any more. When I asked for cucumbers, the employee condescendingly corrected me to say they were "Persian cucumbers"—which was completely unnecessary and ironic, considering I am literally Persian. The poor attitude continued when my husband politely asked for two scoops of an ingredient. Before even scooping it, the employee snapped back at him with an attitude, saying, "I haven't scooped it out yet!" To top it all off, we watched the cook walk straight out of the bathroom wearing the exact same gloves he was using to prepare food. The staff here was hostile, stingy with basic ingredients, and completely ignoring basic sanitation standards. Management needs to address customer service and retrain employees on proper food safety protocols immediately.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely incredible experience. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. A huge shoutout to Jazz. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most professional, and most welcoming people I’ve met. He wasn’t just doing his job he made us feel valued, took pride in what he was doing, and created the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Employees like Jazz are incredibly hard to find, and he’s exactly the type of person I’d want leading a team. If anyone deserves recognition or a promotion, it’s him. The food was outstanding, everything came out fresh, tasted amazing, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. This place easily earns a 10/10 from me. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope management knows what an incredible employee they have in Jazz.
