  this bdubs sucks, walked in to place an order. the ‘manager’ didn’t know how to work the POS system, for $60 we got an incomplete order. got home and realized this, all to call back and the ‘manager’ Alora said we could drive back 30 minutes to get our missing items and was not able to give us a refund for the items we placed. You could tell she was bothered we even called, she then told us she couldn’t find our order (??) when we were just there lol! Take your money somewhere else. The reviews say it all. Terrible service.

  Ordered delivery and was given the wrong order. When calling the facility I let them know and an apology was given and the young lady that I spoke to said that my order was remade and a delivery would be shortly received. 40 minutes later still no order and when I called the facility they said I could either come pick up the order or have my lunch order refunded as they cannot dispatch a driver from doordash. Extremely disappointed and put off, I ordered with more than enough time to eat & be back up work on time and here we are. No empathy or even concern for the mistake.

  Lk act like they’re going under. Used cheap carrots and when I asked for the vegetables they had to substitute out the ranch which everyone knows is the best part. But they didn’t make that fact clear and honestly smts it’s the small stuff that ruins your meal.

  Several attempts to make a family purchase online but had trouble. Have been reaching out via phone to get assistance but no one has answered. 12 calls made and no one picked up. Horrible customer service. How do they expect to stay in business?
