  Such an awesome seafood restaurant ❤️❤️ We walked in and were seated quickly 😇😇 The staff is super nice, relaxed, and make the best conversations 🙏🙏 We were looked after the nicest and the most charming Suzie who went out of her way to give us the best food recommendations and was very personable 😇😇 We started with the in-house bread and pesto sauce that were beyond delicious ❤️❤️ We then moved onto soups where I had the Tomato Bisque and my husband had Corn chowder and my goodness we simply loved loved it 🎉🎉 For the main course I had the Pan-Fried Butterfish with Jasmine rice and Broccoli and my husband had the Swordfish with Pumpkin Ravioli and each bite was super fresh and delicious ❤️❤️ Our full compliments to the chefs for making such exquisite food with so much love, care, and attention to detail 🙏🙏 Finally, for dessert I had the Coconut Pie and my husband had the Crème Brûlée and it was a sugary heaven indeed ❤️❤️ Cannot wait to come back to this 11/10 seafood restaurant with family and friends and try a variety of other food items on its extensive menu 😇😇 Trust me with such a great staff and hospitality and incredible food, it is truly a culinary experience 🎉🎉

  My husband and I went on a date night here and our server Vanessa made our whole experience incredible! She was very friendly from the start and did a great job checking in on us during our dining experience while also giving us space to relax. Our entrees were both delicious and we especially enjoyed the pumpkins crème brûlée for dessert. We will definitely be back for more. Thanks Vanessa!

  I continue to learn my lesson w chains, but was hopeful Bonefish Grill would be different. $47 for a solo meal - steak, upcharged potatoes, upcharged Brussels. It wasn’t the cost - rather the quality of the food. Simply terrible. But first, i ordered to go. Show up at the exact time. Front of house, helpful. Got to my car - checked the steak and way not what i ordered. Front of house mgr, super helpful. Did all the right things. But, did i? Nope. I should have went with my original request of just return food and refund. I ate the food - it was so bad. Flavorless, zero salt, meat is not top quality for a filet. The worst part - the bread had zero flavor. What happened, Bonefish Grill? You use to be a good reliable place! 😭 Recommendation - hire a new cook staff. Stat.

  As per the request to directly contact them i did....and never heard back. Great job in pretending to care about customer feedback and the experience in a public forum, only to completely ignore the actual feedback. The Dynamite Salmon was excellent! Highly recommend. Broccoli was fresh and rice had good flavor. Mashed potatoes were so so and fries were limp, cold and undercooked. Shane, our sever, was awful. We got there about 4:45, and we were his only table. While he showed up right away, he quickly disappeared and was pretty much missing for almost our entire visit. Forgot things for our order despite asking for them when we ordered, and when I got my ranch dressing it came with his finger in it and there was a oily spot on the side of it inside the ramekin so I didn't even eat it. Finally gave up on a refill and went up to the bar to get them myself. Glanced over to see he was just in the kitchen chatting with other servers. Definitely was all over us when it came time to get a tip though. It was my friend's birthday, and we didn't even bother ordering dessert because after he dropped the menu off he disappeared for another 10 minutes. Dropped our bill off and the kiosk to pay, and never came back. After another 10 minutes we just paid by cash and walked out without a receipt. Truly one of the worst servers I have ever had at a restaurant. The restaurant itself is nice overall. Not too loud, very clean and just a nice atmosphere. We both commented that we forgot how good it was, but unfortunately our experience was ruined by the awful service and inability to celebrate a nice birthday at a good restaurant.

  Eddie thoughtfully transitioned us over to another section to allow my husband to watch his football game. Brody didn’t miss a beat as he seamlessly took over our new table. I am always impressed by the level of care and professionalism by the bonefish grill team
