Extremely slow been waiting like 15 min in the lobby for my food I realize they are busy but they had six customers waiting just as long and have a full staff working

Best experience I’ve ever had in a Taco Bell in my entire life. Dude spoke nice and clear through the comms. They labeled our food. we also had a brief conversation about pets. It was an amazing experience. 10/10
I enjoy this place, and the staff is always friendly and personable.
However, the manager/owner needs to address the constant crowding by a group of middle-school aged boys. I was there yesterday, (Wellington, Colo.)Thursday, 26 June, '06, around 1800 hrs. and the west facing doors were essentially blocked by that bunch. When I tried the north facing doors, I realized that getting to the counter to place my order would mean trying to plow my way through the bunch of punks, since they weren't considering other people trying to get in. They didn't appear to be ordering or receiving orders, but rather just milling around. This isn't the first time that has happened. The store manager needs to address that, or contact the owner and have him deal with it. As I was leaving, I noticed three other potential customer's leave due to the "crowd".
Too bad! I like eating there.
Me and a friend tried ordering food online on 6/12/26 (Friday) at 11:22 PM, and we know that as an employee told us. However, he was able to place his and I tried placing mine with nearly the exact same food at the same exact time and it wouldn’t let me, so when we arrived at the restaurant at 11:27 PM, there was a line so we were unable to pull up to the speaker and by the time we got to the speaker, at 11:35 PM, I was unable to make an order at the speaker as the worker stated “she can’t take orders past 11:30 PM” even though we not only tried ordering online but we also couldn’t place an order as we were stuck behind the speaker in line when we would’ve been there in time. I understand we should up close to closing time but as someone who has worked in the food industry, you are not closed and you should still be taking orders. Plus we came over 30 minutes before closing, there should be no problem. The service here is always questionable but I’ve never said anything or complained as I always get my food and it’s almost always right, but this was probably the worst service I have ever had.
Consistently the worst experience you can ever have. At this point, it has to be management & ownership, they have flipped every member of staff and it is still the worst. Takes 15-20 minutes, consistently, to get food and when you get it, it is barwly warm at best, consistently wrong and missed order notes, this location deserves to close. I have been trying to give them grace but at this point it is from the top down. Shame on the owners of this franchise to the 10th degree, just the worst Taco Bell, I've ever been to and I'm from Florida.
