When I call they give some excuse and say they will get the pizza out to us but it won't be here for 45 mins. We already waited 45 mins for the original order and then have to wait another 45 mins for a pizza they missed. On top of that, I always request to speak to a manager and they are just plain rude (the manager). Call me old fashioned (I'm only 37) but what happened to good customer service?! Especially from a manager. Thankfully another Domino's store opened up close by so we will never order from the Wellington store again. UPDATE: My husband called back to speak with the manager after finding out they messed up another order AND the manager (Alex) was rude to me on the phone. Alex raised his voice at my husband and spoke over him, urging him to "come down to the store" and not allowing my husband to get a word in. So, my husband went down there. Alex proceeded to raise his voice and even had the audacity to cuss at my husband right in the store in front of other customers. He (Alex) did, absolutely NOTHING to deescalate the situation. In fact, he proceeded to escalate it. I only hope the franchisee owner reads these reviews to see what type of manager they have working for them. Both my husband and I own our own businesses and would be absolutely mortified if an employee ever spoke to a customer that way, regardless. It's simply not ok.
