Who did not know how to make the sandwiches! Had to ask what was on them then on top of that I asked for double meat on mine and my husbands and she put 4 pieces on a foot long and when I questioned it she told me I was wrong and double ham is four pieces on a footlong ! I told her you mean to tell me only two pieces of ham come on the sandwich regularly! I said we'll add extra ham to mine ! My husband didn't get extra meat and we were charged $9 for extra meat on 2 sandwiches!! Then I ordered cookies and when I got home she had given me 2 wrong cookies! I am very upset ! Tried to call because she said someone else was coming to help her later and no answer !! So I will be there tomorrow!! And I called other subways stores to confirm the proper amount of meat on each sandwich!! And she was wrong!! Bad customer service! Our sandwiches definitely weren't worth $30
