- MDMike DOct 5, 20231.0Took an hour and 40 minutes from when I ordered for delivery. Worse, 1:18 from when it was prepared til delivery. Dry, cold pizza. You owe me a refund.
- MHMegan HowardJul 18, 20221.0Our pizza wasn't throughly cooked upon arrival as the bottom of the pizza was VERY soft. As you can see in the picture the cheese on one of our pizzas slid to the other side of the pizza. I assume the delivery person was in a hurry. I believe this is unacceptable customer service. We've ordered several times from this Dominos and we always have something wrong with our order to include it being delivered to the wrong house. 😑 If this wasn't the only food delivery on base I would gladly order elsewhere.
- TTTaylorJan 21, 20211.0Literally had the worst experience ever. I called at 8:30pm and ordered some wings and a salad, and the girl said that it would be 20-40 minutes for the time of delivery. Then it hits 10:00pm and I called to see what was going on- (even after hours, and they were still there) and spoke to the manager Ross, and he said I don’t have anything placed under that address or name for tonight. Naturally, I double checked the address and phone number to make sure it wasn’t my mistake- which it wasn’t and the manager proceeds to tell me that he can’t do anything for me. As a manager I would expect better customer service. I sat here and waited for dinner for an hour and a half just to find out that it never even was “placed” or coming. So unprofessional. I will never be ordering from this place again. To think I was going to tip well too.
