  Worst Taco Bell experience. Had a decently large order and two fussy kids so after we went through the drive we drove home not checking the bag. Granted, part of the blame is on me for not checking but I didn't think it would be this egregious. No ice in the drinks, customized a burrito but received just a generic one, and worst of all the three taco combo was completely missing! Avoid this location and drive the extra ten minutes either direction for a better experience.

  Angel wouldn't help me when my order didn't send to the right location. I just asked for her to call store for me because she couldn't tell me for sure they would remake it. Long story short i was annoyed and felt like she was no help. Told me to take care of it myself " I'm a big boy" at the end call was really just asking her help and she did minimal and just hung up on me and didn't answer four times when I tried to call back. We all eat taco bell save some money and this was a mistake the app wanted me to go almost twenty miles when there is one less than two miles away. Thank you taco bell for being great wish this situation was better and can be better for the next person.

  You are way better off going to the location on south College if you can. I don't think I have gone 1 order here without some kind of mistake to my order. They don't wipe down the counters enough between orders apparently because I constantly get tomatoes and lettuce in items that aren't even supposed to have them. There is an extremely high likelihood you get a hard, stale tortilla if you order late in the day. I consider it a miracle if I have a mildly pleasant experience with the food here

  We ordered the 12 pack of crispy tacos. 9 of the 12 were broken shells that contained maybe a tablespoon of "meat." 3 of them were obviously broken before they were put together. The curve of the shell bottom were facing the wrong way. We threw the stuff in the trash. $26.00 for broken shells and lettuce. We'll never go back!

  Today, Sunday, April 26th, around 5:30pm, I made an order for 7 CRAVING BOX, she gave me a paper bag with all the food thrown and crushed and she was missing 3 things, I went to talk to her and she had the worst attitude and aggression, like I never had in a taco bell before. after arguing and leaving saying bad words, I took the missing food. , I had to throw it away for fear that she had spit it out or done something disgusting. according to a woman who also works there with piercings said That her name was Alex (she is a woman in her 20s skin brown) was the worst Sunday of my life shopping at taco bell. Remember cravin box it's a box not a paper bag. What a disappointment!
