Each time, the store insisted the food had already been made, even though it clearly wasn’t for the correct driver. Instead of remaking the order or helping resolve the issue, the staff basically said “tough luck.” This store used to be reliable, but this experience was the opposite of the service Chick‑fil‑A is known for. I hope this location gets back to actually making things right for customers.
