  This experience happened 15mins ago I was on a kiosk placing my order there was a guy named Brandon already there waiting for his mobile order I got my food at 5:15pm and he was still waiting there for his food I got there at 5:09 he was already there waiting a doordash came and went with an order then mine and his still wasn't ready or even given to him yet alone everyone there only speak Spanish you cant talk to them when they cant understand what we're saying going through the drive through... in all the food is good but not for the price I pay and for the bad customer service they provide

  Came to pick up a order and ended up waiting over 15 minutes because employee at window asked me through the drive through to pull around to the front after about 12 minutes I went up to the window and knocked and the employees shooed me away telling me to go through the drive through so I continued to knock because I was trying to communicate with employees after sitting there for a few minutes while employees talked amongst themselves I knocked again and a little more aggressive this time finally the employee “Felipe” who told us to wait at the front came to the window and told me and the person who drove me that we needed to go through the drive through we told him no we went through and you told us to wait at the front then he tried saying he came out and we weren’t there which is incorrect we never left the parking lot. He refused to give me his name so not sure if this is accurate I also asked for a managers name I was a little out of breath and he mentions “ aww are you going to cry” nice staff this location has hired on to work customer service… I did mention to him that he needs to do better at his job as I am out here trying to also do a job and if he doesn’t want to he should maybe go home. This might not go anywhere and that’s probably why he didn’t care much and telling by the reviews nothing will be done considering cops come here every week apparently.. OWNER/ MANAGEMENT DO BETTER OR STEP DOWN FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN!!

  Just tried charging me two additional times for an order I paid and placed through the app. Wouldn’t speak to me at the window besides when I asked if this was my fault and they replied “yea”. And handed me this drunk that I’m pretty sure is from their toilet, at least it’s not even all the way full for the extra charge this drink cost me.

  The staff were friendly and seemed to be in an excellent mood. The best part was NOT being served soggy food and then having it blamed on me. The lady late night working drive through was very kind thank you, thank you 🫶🏼 I hope she has wonderful day everyday lol. Nacho BellGande bomb.com fresh and crunchy chips. 😋 and you know Large BajaBlast freeze 🥶
