Stopped by about 25 minutes ago. Went inside because drive through was backed up out the exit. Looked over the menu boards, and walked up to the register. While standing there, 3 different employees looked at me, one of them 3 different times. Nobody ever said a word. Not "just a minute", "can i help you", nothing. I left and went down to the Taco Bell on 104th Ave. Within 20 seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted, and asked what I would like to order. E 120th Ave staff need to be trained by E q04th Ave staff on how to work properly.
After waiting a couple minutes and no response at the drive through I said hello?
They said hi give me a second with attitude. Whatever a bunch of teenagers work here and it’s getting busy.. I ordered what I wanted.
I realize on the bag when she hands me my food that I was overcharged .
I asked for avocado salsa .. and somehow she took that as avocado, ranch chicken stack?
I realize and I asked her about it after waiting another few minutes at the window and she goes. Oh no my bad that’s for a separate charge with a little smirk on her face. At this point this feels intentional
Waited for the salsa.
This is what she hands me covered in guac and closed her windows not looking back
So I go back inside to ask for sauce not covered in food and at this point for a refund on the extra charge..
Honestly I realize how slammed they are and that there’s only a few people working after standing a few minutes I decide to leave and just go home as this is a rude little girl I don’t have the nervy to even ask
But as I turn my back. I hear them chuckling? What is so hilarious? Being rude for no reason or working at Taco Bell lmao

I went in to place my order and asked for my order to read back to me and they noticed a mistake and corrected it, but never read the order back. Once I got it and went home I noticed it was very wrong. They missed one of the things I asked for and added two items I didn't ask for. Not sure how it happened, honestly. Food was lukewarm and soggy when I got to it. I tried calling and they never picked up.

Went here at 10:30PM, waited 15 minute and the drive through line moved one car. I walked in to see what was the hold up and asked if the drive through was still being served, the cashier said yes but the lobby is closed. I asked how long it would be and explained I had been in line for 15 minutes and the line wasn’t moving to which she responded, “Yeah, it’s probably going to be awhile then.” Like WHAT!?!? incredibly poor customer service, no explanation, no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing! Don’t waste your time.

65 mins waiting for food, outrageous! Staff was apathetic, slow, and then got my order wrong! Went Sat. night (8/8) to the drive-thru around 7:30. After seeing it was moving forward one car about every 8 min, I pulled around, went inside to order. After 30 min waiting, I should've asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Foolishly, I stayed. Other orders they made were put on the counter, with no one claiming them; apparently the people who ordered them walked out. 4 bags of meals sat there for almost 45 minutes, still there when I eventually left. When I finally got my food, I checked my order, and they had forgotten part of it, and I had to make them fix it. The whole time, there were just 2 people in food prep, plodding along slowly, no rush, no motivation, sometimes just walking around and chatting, even tho they could see about a dozen people in the lobby angrily waiting forever for our food. Been coming here for 6 years, the food here has always tasted great - I think the best-tasting Taco Bell I've been to in many years. But I always have to check my order here; my order is wrong around 75% of the time.) In the end, they offered no "sorry," nothing to mitigate the experience, no coupon, no free drink, nothing.
