Most of the staff were indifferent and not in any rush. We waited a very long time for our order and it wasn’t correct. We were missing things and I requested no rice on my food and it came out as almost entirely rice. Taco Bell’s in Colorado are not it. Almost every single one is terrible. Do better Taco Bell.
My lord where do I start. First the smell... stinks like the floors and tables haven't been cleaned in years. Second, we have been waiting for our food for over 40 minutes. There were 2 people inside this restaurant when we got here, that's it. The the 13 year old behind the counter don't give a crap that everyone is upset. They are moving at a snails pace, and DO NOT CARE. Rack this Taco Bell up as another horribly managed, disgusting Denver taco bell. Par for the course here in Denver.

I usually get worst service but today was one of my worst customer service i’ve ever experienced from this location Taco Bell coz i ordered my food from online and i was late to pickup my order and still i wait for more than 25 minutes to get my order and they know that i’m waiting for my order bur they were giving damn care and showing the actual facts of their service, but the main thing is i ordered chicken item but they add beef on my order which i don’t eat at all and i didn’t even get my complete order at first i thought everything is in the bag but they totally wate my time and money. Since i was also tired of their behavior that’s why i didn’t go back for the issue coz i have to wait more than 30 minutes to get my order and they make a a tasteless drink which was just a water and fruit color which coz i asked my order 2 times coz the order was already packed but still they were just standing and watching at that time snd they show me the anger by giving bad drinks which they just put some flavor infront of me without mixing it and without making complete drink which was really really bad and i told them about the drink which is tasteless and they act so weird i really feel disrespectful and i’m so disappointed with this type of service. There is 1 guy and 1 lady which was cashier and drive thru operator.
From today i’m never ever gonna eat this tacobell and not even gonnal recommend anyone else to eat.

Horrible experience, took forever to get a simple order even remotely correct, staff seemed like zombies, and took more than 30 minutes to get five things ready. Staff didn't even realize that I placed an order.

Just...go to the taco bell on 104th. This place is consistently understaffed and the staff they have are subpar at the very best. They almost always miss at least half your order making you go back around and get it-- if you live more than a 5 minute drive, it's not even worth it to go here....it might not even be worth it to go here if you live within 2 minutes! You wait forever in the drive thru as well. They also ALWAYS forget your sauce! If you do go here, check your bag before you pull away-- thoroughly check!!
