  Been to this location twice. First experience was okay. The food didn't seem fresh. My husband picked up the food so I can't comment on service. Second experience? Went through the drive through with a mobile order. Mind you, I'm the only one in the drive through. I get my order and they forgot an item. I went inside to let them know and the girl just gave it to me without any sort of customer service. Trust me, I know it can get overwhelming running the window, food, front and taking orders (I worked at McDonald's), but she just stared at me when I walked in. No greeting or anything. Based on other comments this location needs more training.

  This store lacks quality control. They just do not care what a food item is supposed to have. I've been there 5 times now, and they mess something up every time. Thought I'd give them a bit to iron out all the newness, but that's not the problem. There's no managerial oversight on the making of the food. First time I went, nacho fries were ROCK HARD. I could see it as I pulled them out of the bag. Super obvious. ANYONE should be able to see this before serving it to a customer. I called the manager to let him know. This most recently one was just so frustratingly stupid. Ordered shredded beef nacho fries. One tiny little clump of beef in the middle, no pico de gallo. Why? This dish is literally 5 ingredients. Fries, meat, cheese sauce, other sauce, PICO DE GALLO. Thankfully, it's better than the one over on 120th & Colorado. That store is THE WORST, but I get better service at the one in Belle Creek. Why should I have to drive all the way over there for better food when this one is just up the street?

  Legitimately AWFUL. Its the 2nd day its open, I ordered pick up and when showed up…. No one spoke English except to say “sorry closed, manger no come, no food”. There were over 10 people in the parking lot waiting to pick up orders. If you can run a business, don’t open one….
