Five hours after that, a random partial order shows up — mostly wrong items. Still got charged the full amount, including the free delivery charge that I had a promo code for. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and gotten a different answer every time. It’s now been 10 days and I’m still out the money. Unreliable, disorganized, and zero accountability. Would not recommend.

This manager Josh follows me around and accuses me for stealing my still when I have a receipt in my hand. I try to avoid this place as much as possible unless a need a few things and my medication. Worst place to be if you don’t want to be accused of stealing what you just bought before you hit the pharmacy on your way out. He’s accused several people I know too. Disgusting experience
