  This was the most unprofessional, hostile, and toxic customer service experience my family has ever experienced. My spouse placed an order early in the day, yet by the time it was supposed to arrive, it was over an hour late and hadn't even left the store. We decided to drive up and pick it up ourselves just to get our food. When my spouse arrived and asked for a refund on the delivery fee, the manager on duty, Trey, completely snapped. He flatly refused and said he "honestly did not care and it wasn't his problem." To make matters worse, another employee just laughed. I then went into the store myself to sort it out. Instead of de-escalating, Trey doubled down on his rude attitude. He said, "Like I said before, I don’t care and I’m not giving you a refund." From there, Trey became incredibly aggressive, disrespectful, and started yelling profanities at me. He threatened me and told me “he would take me down.” When I demanded the phone number for his regional manager, he refused to give it to me. Eventually, he called his supervisor himself and handed me the phone. To their credit, the supervisor was apologetic, stated that this was absolutely no way to treat anyone, and promised a full refund. The staff lacks basic human decency, the manager is an aggressive liability, and the environment is entirely hostile. Do not order from here.

  I came in today at 4:45pm and had the unpleasant experience dealing with the manager. I had made an online order and had accidentally set it for carry out asap instead of scheduled. When I realized I immediately called the number on website and it took me to a call center. I get you can’t control that cause you are a corporate but by the time I got through to a person at the store. He was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked if there was anyway they could redo the order at a later time. From being hung up on, I went over to just collect the pizzas. Also wanting to speak with the manager after just being hung up on. When I come in I am not greeted by the man at the front so I stand there in silence. As I am finally greeted I ask to talk to manager when he states he is one. I start explaining how I had gotten hung up on and how now that I’m here I just want my pizzas and to go. He grabs the pizzas and slams them on the counter and says here’s your pizzas just leave. I ask for my drinks and a possible refund because this experience has been very negative for a situation I was very apologetic about. Once he grabs me all my items I apologize again but say that this is very unprofessional for a manager. Where he goes off on me using me out saying how all day as been like this and if I was just smart enough to place my order correctly he wouldn’t have to do this. Fortunately I was given my refund and was able to leave the establishment pretty soon after the harassment. I am a manager at a retail business as well and I would never act or speak to my customers like he spoke to me. For Pizza Hut please hire someone more professional that won’t cuss you out over a simple mistake and for the manager. Please get some help. All the Best, Coco

  I went to pick up my order a couple of times for delivery today 05/22, and the staff was friendly and quick, even though they had a big order to handle before giving me mine. Come on, Pizza Hut, they deserve a raise.

  Every time I order from here , the pizza isnt good. About half of my pizza didnt have cheese on it so it was dry bread and sauce.
