  This literally just happened a few minutes ago and I’m BLOWN AWAY!! I ordered pizza and traditional bone in wings. My fiancé went and picked up the order and didn’t check it before she left. She came home with boneless wings. No biggie we live like a right down the street. Honest mistake on everyone’s part. Walk into the store with my receipt that says traditional wings and the boneless wings in the container. A guy walks up to the counter, and based off the other reviews I’ve read on this place his name was Trey. If I’m wrong I’m wrong. He asks how can I help you. I said calmly as I wasn’t upset cause it was an honest mistake, I ordered traditional wings and these are boneless. He smartly asks, “ Didn’t you check the order before you left?” I said, “My fiancé picked up the order and didn’t realize they were supposed to be traditional wings. He proceeds to say, “So what’s the problem?” I repeated that I ordered traditional wings and these are boneless. He gets mad at me like I’m yelling at him or pissed at him, says “calm down”! I’m calm. It’s no big deal, we go back and forth as he continues to escalate the situation needlessly. He says, “Fine, do you want me to make some new wings? “ At this point I’m done, I said no thanks I just want a refund which pisses him off even more! Now I don’t trust what they’re going to do with my food. He storms off. I turn around and ask the line that has formed behind me out the door. I’m calm right now correct? Just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. They confirmed “yeah! I don’t get what’s going on”. I stand there for a couple minutes as I’m ignored by all the other employees, and finally I’m assuming the manager walks up and asks how can I help you. I said this isn’t what I ordered and I’d like a refund now cause I don’t trust what you guys are going to do to my food after that needless confrontation! Woah woah woah she says! I need you to calm down we don’t do that here. Well I don’t trust this place anymore and I’d just like a refund. After a couple minutes she gives me my refund and I start to leave, she yells “Do you still want these wings?” Absolutely not I said as I walked out the door! We have lived up here for 6+ years and have ordered from this Pizza Hut MANY times. Maybe 2-3 times they’ve messed up our order , we told them and they fixed it immediately with no issues. It’s not that big of a deal, we’re human we make mistakes. But now after reading other recent reviews of this place and the experience I just had, I will absolutely not return to this place! Do better and get rid of that guy that was working the counter, Friday July 31st 2026 at around 6pm!

  I order my pizza 1045 and never got it I called to see what was going on and the straight up hang up on me I’ve ordered from them around the same time and never had this problem before

  I had a previous issue with this store, a dispute over some store credit that we were owed due to a few mistakes on an order. Tonight I called to use my credit, and it seemed that the credit was never saved. I spoke with Sarah, a vibrant and upbeat team member, who quickly rectified the problem with my store credit and placed a delivery order for me at no charge. She even called back when the call was disconnected, and was a bright light in an otherwise difficult Monday. Thank you, Sarah, for redeeming my opinion of this location. Keep up the great work.

  Would give zero stars if I could I door dash and this place is a must avoid for me the manager is a dude who’s always cussing out customers every time I walk in and obviously he’s training his staff to do the same I came in to receive a DoorDash and the old lady working there told me it was cancelled and it’s not there… door dash then asked me to place the order for the customer, so I politely asked if it would be ok if I placed a new order for my customer. She immediately screamed at me saying “I’m not making 70 wings, I’m not doing it leave!” And she ran to the back throwing a tantrum and I’m not even the customer I will say this place is terribly managed and horribly ran. Don’t eat here save your mental clarity and save yourself a fight these people here are ridiculous. Honestly 70 wings doesn’t even sound crazy. It’s summer and the World Cup is playing what if it was a party?

  This was the most unprofessional, hostile, and toxic customer service experience my family has ever experienced. My spouse placed an order early in the day, yet by the time it was supposed to arrive, it was over an hour late and hadn't even left the store. We decided to drive up and pick it up ourselves just to get our food. When my spouse arrived and asked for a refund on the delivery fee, the manager on duty, Trey, completely snapped. He flatly refused and said he "honestly did not care and it wasn't his problem." To make matters worse, another employee just laughed. I then went into the store myself to sort it out. Instead of de-escalating, Trey doubled down on his rude attitude. He said, "Like I said before, I don’t care and I’m not giving you a refund." From there, Trey became incredibly aggressive, disrespectful, and started yelling profanities at me. He threatened me and told me “he would take me down.” When I demanded the phone number for his regional manager, he refused to give it to me. Eventually, he called his supervisor himself and handed me the phone. To their credit, the supervisor was apologetic, stated that this was absolutely no way to treat anyone, and promised a full refund. The staff lacks basic human decency, the manager is an aggressive liability, and the environment is entirely hostile. Do not order from here.
