A couple of years ago, I gave up on this location because of poor service and poor management, but have come back to it the last several months and have been very pleased.
- RGRosie Gonzales3 days ago1.0I'm sorry to say but Pizza Hut has changed over the years I ordered through doordash the other day on a buy one get one free personal pan pizza and they only brought me two when I put in two orders to have a total of four and when I called their phone to tell them they said that's how it was on the order why advertise something that is not true and then double charged me for my order and another thing the pan crust was not even really pan crust it was something entirely different and they did not put on any of the toppings that I asked for so again sorry but Pizza Hut has really gone downhill

He called because our estimated delivery time was about 25 min overdue (and the estimate had already been pretty long, over an hour). He apoke to someone that said the delivery driver had just left the store. Nearly 30 min later, still nothing. He called again and was told that they didn't know where our order was and that they would cancel it. Waited over two hours total just to end up having to order from somewhere else. Never had this happen before, but it's completely unacceptable.

Hope you don't lose these items or pricing, this is a good way to increase customer loyalty! The representative was very friendly and my pizzas were amazing. Keep it up and I will keep coming back!
