  O ordered 2 iced coffee, and got the 2 with 5 small cubes,and it was a warm coffee, is that right???I think they should be a full cup fo ice with the cold coffee anybody agree,let us know.

  Ordered through the app, got to the drive thru and they said the POS was down. Refused a refund even though I already paid through the app. Terrible service and they will just steal your money.

  Definitely not the mcdonald's I grew up in. The food is blah , staff are sloppy. No respect but condescending is the new customer service language, often food is undercooked, pink meat and uncooked oversalted fries and nuggets. Ronald would be ashamed. Often online orders are missing meals , they play to much and lose your order. Called to get some food and they got all my information, next day I go in as agreed to where my name was said to be on the wall in the office. Surprise nobody had a clue what I was talking about , basic cs at it's greatest. This owner group are profit focused, everything else is an option. IMHO go to wendys. Or even 711. Mcdonald's around here are worse than taco bell. Roulette.... maybe you get it,,, maybe you don't

  Oof. I got a Big Mac from the drive thru. It took forever to get and was simply inedible. This McDonalds has really gone downhill.

  Placed a delivery order with the shareable big Mac meal, 2 big man's, 2 medium fries and 2 10pc nuggets. I added a Ramyeon medium fry to the order as well. The driver sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before they finally got my order. To me that would suggest they are somewhat busybut my food should have been hot and fresh. The drive from the McDonald's to the hotel I am staying at is less then a 3 minute drive and the driver came straight here from the McDonald's again suggesting my food should still be relatively hot. I get mt food up to the room at which time I find my burgers have no buns when the only items taken off the burger was lettuce and pickles. I have 15 nuggets out of 20 all of the food is cold and I am missing the Ramyeon fries. I call the store and speak to thr manager, I explain that the order is cold, burgers aren't on buns and I'm missing food. At first she was nice and helpful. Next thing I know she sets the phone down and leave me on sitting there for about 5 minutes just to come back on the line and tell me to call Uber to get a refund. I asked her why I would call them for a refund when they did their job. I told her that I don't want the refund, I'd instead like her to take my name down so that I can come in tomorrow to get my meal remade right. She then snaps at me and again says it's on Uber, and to call them for a refund. I again ask her how it is Uber's fault as their job was to deliver the food not make it. I again told her I don't care for the refund I want my food. I then asked again for her to take my name so I could come get my meal remade tomorrow. She at that point snidly asked for my name and ver sarcastically told me she had it written down and to come and try to get my food tomorrow. Dunno about anyone else but I'm guess she didn't write it down and I'll have to use my call log and this post to get my food. I have worked in the customer service industry for 30 years and never would I treat a customer like that. No the customer isn't always right however there are time when they are. When my food isn't made right and is cold as sin 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant then you had my food made and sitting there for likely that 20 minutes the driver waited. Do better McDonald's, and Basselli! That is completely unacceptable on the part of your staff. Not only do they not care but they thing it's all a game. The meal was just to cold to even eat, if ya know you know, McDonald's French fries are only good hot and fresh, the burger just wasn't appealing deconstructed and cold. The nuggets were also cold and stale as well as hard as rocks. It just simply wasnt a good experience tonight and the reaction of the manager was pretty upsetting. I am hoping to have better luck tomorrow with a different shift and manager.
