Tonight I was having some issues with the app, but Stevie and the night crew were absolutely wonderful, and worked it out so quickly and well for me, they were also so nice and had the best customer service, very satisfied, and I appreciate them so much!

I enjoyed there food and their service especially this one kid who I believe was named Edwin we had a good conversation and he made my experience at McDonald’s incredible because of his service and kindness I will gladly be coming back!

I've only continued to go to this location because its closest to home, but never again. My husband went through the drive through while the sun was still up, got asked to pull to the front to wait for food, and its dark now and still no food. He waited for a while out front and no one ever came so he finally went inside. Confirmed the order and found out they either never made it or gave it to someone else. 15 more minutes of waiting later still no food in hand. I had to call from home to find out where the order is. Whoever answered asked me to confirm what the order was so I did. She then accused me of lying because she said there was only one person in the lobby waiting and it was for something different. Turns out this other person has gotten all the way home to find out he was given an empty box instead of his order. Meanwhile manager tells me no one else is in the lobby so I proceed to describe my husband and suddenly she magically sees him, and then hung up on me. Done waiting after probably half an hour, he finally asked for a refund and she was only going to give him about half of it back. No, he waited from the time there was still sunlight until it was dark and never received any of what he paid for. Shouldn't have taken an argument to get the money back for something we never received. Train your employees because getting orders wrong 9 out of 10 times and accusing customers of lying is unacceptable.

It's McDonald's so there's not much variance between each location when it comes to food. Unfortunately, it's the same when it comes to service, it's typically horrible with really bad communication. Fast food was made fast by McDonald's decades ago, but now they're one of the slowest in the game, if not the slowest. Food has gotten worse over the years and portions are smaller which might be a good thing considering the food has gotten considerably worse.
