  We found a screw in our french fries. When we reached out to the store and to corporate, they were apologetic and said that they would send us coupons. We never received anything, and never heard back from them.

  this is the one right next to my house and my daughter likes happy meals. When I asked if she wanted a treat after school she said she was scared and didn’t want to ever come back. When I asked what scared her she said it was that lady that screamed the last time we were in there. I do remember what she’s talking about. I know what a manager looks like because they aren’t wearing those weird aprons and hats. I’ve come without my daughter before and I mean, the manager usually looks drunk and angry. It’s some tall lady with blondish hair. Idk her name but the fact that my daughter is scared to come in is crazy because McDonald’s is a place that’s supposed to be safe for families. Won’t be back. Besides the food is always cold at this location anyway. I guess we’ll go to sonic from now on. Get managers who aren’t hostile. You’re scaring the kids.

  I would like to report something I saw this evening in the dining area. Two managers and what looked like a worker were sitting in a corner booth and a lady (who I recognize as a manager) was screaming at the worker. The poor worker looked like she was fearing for her life. The manager was humiliating the poor worker in front of customers. She got inches from the workers face. I wanted to help but the worker was shaking in fear. It sounded like the worker reported something to manager and the manager was not happy about the report. I’ve been here multiple times, I’ve had many problems with the managers as well as the food and I see now why that is. The manager seems violent. The other manager who was sitting next to the worker wouldn’t let the worker out of the booth. The worker was barricaded in the booth. Who ever the lady was screaming needs to be fired immediately. No wonder things are always wrong with our orders… the workers aren’t safe. The young lady being yelled at, I’ve seen her before. She’s usually very smiley and friendly, always willing to help. Watching her get attacked like that was like watching a small animal get beaten. She looked so scared. The managers need to be fired. I won’t be back. It’s clearly an unsafe environment. I don’t want the managers attacking me. I hope that poor worker is okay. Hopefully corporate can get her some support because clearly the main manager is a violent woman.
