  I actually was ready to give a bad review the second the employee working drive thru told me yet again a reason to why I couldn’t order an iced drink as if it were mcdonald’s ice cream machine </3 This has been over the course of a few weeks that I tried and normally when they say no I leave and don’t order anything but today I got a donut. The employee was actually super nice when I got to the window and I’m not sure if it’s bc he remembers rejecting me each time (bc it’s him each time) or why he did but he gave me 2 glazed donuts also! And it really made me feel better, I am not very expressive but I hope he knows that I went from being poorly impressed by Krispy Kreme to really impressed! I hope next week though I can try the iced coffees lol

  Went there today paid 16 bucks for 6 doughnuts got home and open my box and there was only 3 they did not put my chocolate glazed in the box. The lady at the window was also rude. Check your orders if you go here. There to busy on their phones to get orders right

  Id never been in one of these. I had no idea they made the donuts in "small" batch places like this. A lady named Hannah (or Anna im so sorry i didnt clearly hear ya 😅) was very kind and told me about the place. She served me a fresh donut and it was delicious. I went ahead and got a cheesecake and a banana pudding donut to try as well and I couldnt be happier. Really nice place, 10/10 experience!

  I haven't been to this location in quite sometime. Tonight I stopped in to pick up a dozen donuts for the kids thinking I was purchasing the melt in your mouth fresh doughnuts that I would surprise them with and which I was acustom to by going to the shop. Well, every single doughnut was not fresh and literally hard with a crust on it. I manage a store where these are dropped off to daily, and these were harder than the ones that have to get delivered. Bottom line... there are about 10 doughnut shops I will go to before ever spending another dime on a Krispy Kreme. Your company wasted my time, ridiculous amount of money and let down our taste buds. If you’re going to charge the price, THEN SERVE SOMETHING OF QUALITY THAT YOU'RE PROUD OF. Seems like you should have standard of quality before it's served for that amount of money. After all, its literally dough! Also, I think its a bit antiquated that the only way to voice concern is to write a letter and mail it by postal service! Lol THAT INFERS YOU JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THINK IN THIS DAY AND AGE.
