I've gone to JJ's for speed, but this (Sat 6pm) was the slowest I've ever had. Walked in and took 15-20 mins in an empty store because they clearly prioritize pick-up orders. That means some bags are made and sit there on a rack before humans who are in the store are serviced. Also, you order from a kiosk so the whole thing is basically shifted to glorified online ordering. There is no point in stopping at a JJ's on the road if they all work like this.

How is this the slowest drive thru ever? I’ve gone through the drive thru different days/times and every time I have to wait 10+ mins just to order and then another 5 mins to get one cold sandwich. I had enough time to leave this review while waiting in the drive thru today. Would be faster to go across to Safeway, get the ingredients for a sub and make it myself. That’s what I’ll do next time and not come to this location.

I have visited this location twice this month, and both times I experienced long waits in the drive-through without having my order taken. On both occasions, I also waited at the window for several minutes. The manager has been polite and apologetic, but has provided explanations rather than resolving the issue. While I appreciate the offer of complimentary items, my main concern is receiving timely service.

Called in an order, not sure what the issue with the employee was but he was incredibly flustered by my asking what all veggies comes on the club LuLu.
I had asked for extra bacon, I totally understand there is an additional cost. As I'm talking to the guy and giving him my card number, he never confirmed the total with me. I get the notification for the charge and saw it was 26.xx$.
There's more to it but the rest of the TLDR is
He didn't confirm how much anything was before he charged me and added things with additional cost I hadn't asked for(cheese, specifically) so I was kinda shocked a sandwich, cookie and drink was almost 27$. After I asked to speak to a manager I can hear them going back and forth and I just asked for them to void the trans action.
I guess I'll wait my 3-5 business days to get my almost 30$ back.
Train your people better. And when a customer asks for a manager don't yell at the employee that your busy and come clean up the mess your employee made. Don't charge people without confirming their order so when it's wrong you don't act like I am the problem.

This JJ's deserves way more than a 3.4. Always quality sandwiches, I always go drive thru which is super convenient, and everyone is always nice!
