I received an order from there today. It was supposed to be two breakfast sandwiches, a pizza bagel and a frozen cold brew. Which is one of my absolute favorite things is that frozen cold brew. They just nail that sucker! Its delicious. I get my order. My drink is half full, not even remotely frozen even the whipped cream isn’t in the top of the cup. It’s filling in half of my cup so somebody can get away with not doing their job and not getting me the whole product that I paid for. This drink is literally the only thing I actually wanted today. My breakfast bagel sandwiches were supposed to both come on these maple syrup bagels. I got a cinnamon apple one which is disgusting with my breakfast sandwich. My son got maybe a cheese one or something. I’m not sure. We can’t identify it, but it wasn’t too bad. He could eat it. I could not even get through mine. The pizza one looks like it got made way before all the other orders and it’s completely dry and most of the pizza is off of the bagel. It’s not even on the bagel. It’s on the paper melted to the paper. All in all this is a complete fail, literally complete fail.. I don’t know if it’s that you guys take too many online orders and you’re not listening to your store or your stores not communicating what adjustments need to be made. My assumption is here today that they ran out of what bagel they needed as it was very busy but instead of contacting the customer. They just decided to send out whatever. I mean I don’t know how you send an order out that you know is completely wrong. It’s very disappointing. I mean literally the drink is half full of liquid and whip cream and not even close to a blended drink. How do you hand that order to someone as a finished product. I’d be incredibly embarrassed. I hope you regroup and fix this.

The pictures of the food are deceiving. They look like hefty bagel sandwiches but you end up with a tiny version of that. If you just need something to eat and don’t care about the price it’s ok. Just don’t let the menu pictures fool you.

I love Einstein Brothers bagels, it might be my favorite fast, casual concept. The one thing that I do not like, however, is how each individual restaurant is run like its own little fiefdom. Some have vastly different layouts, some have different rules, some keep the coffee behind the counter, some keep the coffee in the dining room, some don't even have a dining room. Which is why when I'm in a new city and I look for an Einsteins I have to ask them if they have a dining room, which is what I did at this location. And they told me that yes they had a dining room and it was open. The open part is important because there's an Einstein brothers in Arvada Colorado that closed their dining room during Covid and has never reopened it So no, this location does not have a dining room. They have a small counter with a couple of chairs, see pic. So you basically eat your food while you stare at a wall while droves of people hover right behind you. How uncomfortable. On any other day, I probably just would've turned around and walked out and looked for another Einsteins, but I had driven 14 hours from Tucson the day before, got in at 1 o'clock in the morning, didn't sleep well, and just wanted to sit down at a nice table and enjoy a coffee and a bagel. So with that mindset, I immediately shifted into inquisition mode. Probably not the wisest decision, but I wanted an answer. I found the woman who told me they had a dining room and asked her what her definition of dining room was and her response? "Somewhere you can sit." Again, it may have ended here, but then the manager came over and instead of just saying, "yeah you're right, we have a small counter with a couple of chairs, but not a traditional dining room" she defended their definition. She thought that the best way to deal with the situation was to tell me this qualifies as a dining room. I'm not sure why she thought that was the best course of action, but it just irritated me more. If you want to de-escalate then validate the person's position, don't tell them they're wrong. So yeah, I'm tired as hell. I just want coffee and something to eat. I'm not in a great mood and I'm having to deal with people who tell me that up is down and left is right. I'm writing this from a different Einstein's that actually does have a dining room. See pic.

One of those would give zero of I could. I order a sandwich online, and they don’t have the bagel. They substitute with no notice. I call when I get home. They take my name to give me a sandwich next time I’m in. I go in 2 weeks later and they say: if you don’t come back in a couple days we erase it. I was not told this when they took my name.

Ordered the box of bagels with two tubs of cream cheese schmear, and extremely disappointed at the selection of bagels. We asked for a savory assortment (meaning no sweet bagels), and they gave us 2 cheese, 2 sesame, 3 plain, and 6 Raisin Bagels. What about a raisin bagel says savory and how is that going to pair with the Jalapeno Salsa schmear we got with it?? Waste of $23.
