    For over a month now, the “Order Ahead” option has been temporarily unavailable. I no longer purchase from this location because of this ongoing issue. It’s frustrating when a service that was previously available remains unavailable for this long.

    I’ve been to many Dutch Bros locations but this is the only one I’ve ever been to with abysmally slow service. For example, today I was the third car in line and yet I waited fifteen minutes before I could order.

    It was outstanding except they forgot to make the 911s blended according to my coffee buddy who goes here more often than me.

    I visited this location the other day, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The employee who helped me I believe his name was Corben or something similar was extremely rude throughout our interaction. I was polite and respectful from the beginning, but he spoke to me in a very disrespectful and condescending manner, making me feel as though he thought I didn’t understand simple things. There was no reason for the way I was treated, and it left a very negative impression. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this Dutch Bros location. If it were possible, I would give this place 0 stars. Since that’s not an option, I’m giving it 1 star. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
