- KLKitty Locke5 days ago1.0They were really rude to me at this location and I will avoid it from now on. When I got the window they just ignored me and silently handed me my coffee which is fine I guess except the reason I prefer Dutch Bros is the friendly service. They didn't give me a sticker so I said, "isn't it sticker day?" And the girl acted like angry that I wanted my sticker. I'll go to the coffee truck in the parking l lot right next to it. I went there instead the next time and they were very friendly. I recommend them over this miserable location. Changed it to 1 star from 3 due to lame autoreply.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
