  I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service at this Dutch Bros. I have been a long time customer and I have never had a bad experience as all the employees are outstanding and kind. I was having a rough day today and a worse morning and Brian turned it around. He was super funny and charismatic, he managed to put a smile on my face and help me get through the day. Not to mention that he makes a great Hot Chocolate. Amazing place and I highly recommend to everyone.

  We absolutely love coming to Dutch Bros! Every time we visit, the team is so kind, welcoming, and always makes us feel right at home. The drinks are consistently great, but it's the amazing customer service that keeps us coming back. A special shoutout to Carson—he's an awesome barista! He's always friendly, positive, and makes every visit even better. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We always look forward to our next visit

  Got my order wrong. Simple iced peach green tea was just a regular green tea. Usually someone says hi to me as I come to the window the lady making drinks didn't say anything to me and had her phone set up watching soccer. Yes I know it's a big game right now but your at work, and your customers see this. Its a little discouraging. Especially when i have never been to this location before. And the used regular whipped cream in a can for other drink. Thats not what is normally used. Pretty disappointed with the service here today.

  Went today to pick up drinks for me and my kids before dealing with tire problems. Waited forever in line only for the people to not be able to hear me out the window due to the blaring rap music inside. She had to lean into my car to hear me. On top of that every other word was a cuss word in the "music". I had to ask for a straw three time because she could not hear me over it. Even my son in the back seat commented on the fact that he could hear the cuss words in the song. I finally rolled up my window to wait for my order. I won't be returning to Dutch bros ever again.

  My first time ever coming to Dutch Bros, and honestly Diego and Carson made it an experience I won’t forget. From the second I pulled up in the morning, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to talk with me instead of just rushing through the order. They had me laughing, made the whole interaction feel personal, and created such a positive vibe that it completely made my day. Customer service like that is rare, and it’s exactly why I’ll be coming back. They turned a first-time customer into a lifelong fan. These two seriously deserve recognition for the energy and kindness!
