- ADA DeeAug 3, 20262.0Ordered and paid through the app. Showed up after my pickup time to discover that 'they' were still making it.... the wrong drink.... they were still making the wrong drink. Once we all realized this, the correct drink was made, albeit it was a few ounces short of the cup's top making this an extremely expensive drink since I paid for product that I didn't receive. Looks like this location doesn't want my business anymore and I'm OK with that🤷‍♀️

- JLJaime LynnJul 11, 20261.0This was our first time coming to this location I usually love the Dutch bros on 120th and Irma. Where they actually take care of their customers. They were so damn rude one of the girls was so snobby. We get you need to zig zag through the line but when 5 new cars come into the line behind someone that’s been waiting for a really long time and they take their orders first is rude and unprofessional. And the managers are in high school and lack professionalism and don’t really know how to handle situations when customers are upset. I would go to the location on 120th any day over this crappy location. Hire better people.

The whole building is pure chaos starting at 10 am every evening. Kids start coming into the parking lot around ten pm every night and play loud music scream shouting fireworks engines revving. The surrounding neighborhood has had enough and we are now going to city council to figure out how to end this ridiculous nightly nightmare.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
