The ice-cream is fine, but every single time we come in here during later hours. That have music so loud they cant hear what we are ordering. On top of that when we came in every single girl was running around and one was even yelling. They need way better people working here. Especially the night crew. The girl who was running around started outside, where she was on her phone. When she saw us pull up she ran inside and started screaming. Edit. As my boyfriend was eating his Drumstick Blizzard, and he found brownies and fruity pebbles. Which is definitely not supposed to be in this. I wish I could give no stars. This place has gone down a lot over the years. Very disappointing.

I ordered a couple Blizzards and by the time I got them they were basically soup. Not soft. Not slightly melted. Completely melted. Dairy Queen built its reputation on handing Blizzards upside down because they were so thick. These weren't even close. If I can drink it through a straw the second I get it, it's not really a Blizzard anymore. The flavor was fine, but the quality was disappointing. When I'm ordering a Blizzard, I expect ice cream, not a cup of melted ice cream mix. It feels like the standards have dropped quite a bit from what Dairy Queen used to be known for.

After three minutes the blizzards are soup, and it is cool they fill it up to the top but what a mess it makes in the drink carrier or cup holders. No more flipping it upside down because even they know blizzards now are just milkshakes.

If I could give NO stars, I would. Shame on the management of this store. Management does not train their staff well or require them ro follow basic health standards. This store needs to be reported to the health dept for foud safety concerns. I went in there Thursday night, and after watching this blond girl with long hair and false nails that extended out 2" beyond her finger tips, sticking the tips of those nails into food, I decided ti het a busyer bar and call it good. She grabbed 3 plastic lids from underneath the counter, touching the inner side and tossed them face down on the soiled counter, then she got spoons from underneath, awkwardly touching them all over, too, because of her very long nails. She then stuck the contaminated spoons into the cups filled with ice cream, touching the food with the tips of her nails!! Ew!! It got worse, she picked up those lids she dropped face down on the counter, touching every bit of the inside and awkwardly putting the the spoon through the straw hole and pushed them down till they touched the ice cream. This was only one employee. Another girl with nails almost as long was grabbing spoons from underneath the counter for customers and touched the part that goes in your mouth. There were other young male employees making the sloppiest looking desserts for customers. One girl opened a low cabinet reaching in fir something a bunch of food items fell out onto the floor and she just picked them up and put them back. The whole scene was disgusting!!! I won't go back except to videotape some of these actions to make a complaint about food handling safety. I think it's a great thing for kids to be working, but TRAIN your staff!!!!!
