- TLTara LewisAug 20, 20261.0I kinda wondered if I had seen it all. But then I ordered a mobile order at this location and I did not receive my order until 40 minutes after my pickup time. I arrived at the store at my pickup time, checked in then waited for 40 minutes until the order was ready. I received no explanation for a 40 minute wait after the time that the order was supposed to be ready, no empathy, just a casual sorry and here's an extra 2oz of queso for your wait. Order was wrong, food was cold and portions were significantly smaller than normal. This place is understaffed and poorly managed. The staff do not care about you, about the food, about anything. I understand it gets busy, and the staff can't help that they're not trained well, but these people truly make you feel like you are nothing. Just read the other reviews, this place had had problems for a long time and Chipotles leadership clearly doesn't care to change it. Save your sanity and go to any other restaurant.

The staff seemed to be rushing and did not take care how they put our food together. Juice everywhere. Taco spilled all out. They didn’t have brown rice and the fajitas I got weren’t cooked. We’re completely out of all the chipotle frescas. On top of that none of the staff was friendly. Several customers including ourselves had to ask them to slow down. The state of the restaurant was also very messy.
