  1 1/2 hours later I am at a different food chain re-ordering my dinner (see photo). Horrible customer service there were four people working the front line, but one lady tried to run the whole show by herself, literally physically sliding in front of her coworker, pushing him out out-of-the-way as he was actively putting food in my bowl. He then went to the other end to start putting the toppings in my bowl, she again slid to that side and pushed him behind her, she immediately put the lid on my bowl and slid back down to interfere with the next order/customer I had to ask her to remove the lid so I can finish my order, I asked her to slow down because I couldn’t see what she putting in my bowl, she didn’t! My whole order was wrong. I ordered 3 regular chicken bowls. She put chipotle honey chicken, I CANNOT eat HONEY! I ordered a regular chicken quesadilla with rice and steak but this is what I got (see photo), but once again she took the over from the employee who started to make it. She messed up all 4 entrées and was extremely rude, not just to me but to the poor guy she was working with. It was so uncomfortable to watch. I think this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment.

  This chipotle is a prime example of why i love chipotle. 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up. But really, Thornton is run by hispanics, and that Chipotle clearly has south of the border flavor all over it. Its all hot and spicy taco flavor kisses here boyz

  Ive gone to this location for a long time over 10 years approx. This isnt the best chipotle to go to they often skimp on meat but on occasion I get the right people who will do right by your money.

  I am writing to express concern regarding an interaction I experienced during a recent pickup order at your restaurant. Upon arriving, I provided my name to Devon. After locating my order, he appeared to read the name on the bag for an extended period and then simply turned the bag around and said, “Here you go,” requiring me to walk behind the counter to retrieve my order myself. As a frequent customer of this location, I have never previously been asked or expected to enter an employee-only area to collect my food. Aside from being unprofessional, this created a potential safety concern, as customers are not wearing slip-resistant footwear and could be injured in a workspace not intended for public access. What was most disappointing, however, was the response from the manager, Enrique. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, he repeatedly responded with “OK,” rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders, and allowed Devon to argue with me. When I stated I would be providing feedback regarding my experience, Devon responded by spelling out his name in what appeared to be a dismissive and passive-aggressive manner. I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and concerned by the overall lack of professionalism displayed by both employees. As someone who has frequented this location many times, this interaction was noticeably different from the level of service I have previously received. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate coaching is provided to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and professionally moving forward.
