  I’ve never had an issue at this place. No matter who is at or behind the counter. I DoorDash around the area and these guys are always quick and respectful.

  Paid almost $10 for chips and queso. The chips are really stale. Wouldn't be as upset, but for $10, thats crazy.

  My family go to this Chipotle out of habit because it's the closest to us. And we go so very often, and every time I am hopeful that the experience is better. But time after time I have been disappointed and today was just the final straw. EVERY time we've gone in the evening, 4 out of the 5 staff memes are rude, and catch an attitude at the slightest inconvenience. I work in health-care, so I always treat people respectfully and I am overly kindy, but man these peeps working there HATE their job and they make sure their customer service portrays that. Any time you ask for more, and yes, I know it is extra, they get irritated. Every time we've gone at least one item is "out". We religiously buy the barbacoa meat, and each time it is less meat and more fatty chunks. Not to mention that they rarely actually ever cut it. I am always patient, but they create such an overwhelming experience when we are trying to order for our kids as if it's unbearable that they have to make several bowls at a time. So, today, when my husband and my kids are hungry and want some Chipotle and wanted to give this location one more chance, we left with 5 measly bowls, no cilantro lime sauce, chunky & fatty barbacoa, black guacamole (that I paid extra for), for a total of 62 dollars. The cherry on top was the customer in front of us, who was allowed in with a DIY dog leash on his large bull terrier. Best way to end a Friday night.

  Idk how this location is still open. Y'all employees are lazy, rude and down right obtuse. The location is constantly dirty, closing early, opening late, yelling at customers, not fulfilling orders correctly and last time I came in two of y'all employees were making out. Do you not know how to run a business?

  They usually do a good job here. I use this chipotle weekly after the gym. Today was such a disappointment & the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. Food was everywhere all over the line. The guy who made my food wiped his hands in his apron and look at my tacos! What the heck! Disgusting. The dude couldn’t wrap some simple tacos. I also tried being kind when I walked in and ask how are you. The employee said “ what “ like I had said something to offend him. Clean your ears. Won’t be back for a while.
