  Idk the wings lack some love and the dilivery system is lazy, cold wings cold food. Super sad!!!!!

  Every time I order from them my food is COLD it’s like they think because we picking it up it don’t deserve to be made well. This bdubs sucks! Used to love it but the servers have sucky attitudes & foods always cold pickup or dine in.

  We went in for Father’s Day. It was not busy. We were immediately sat. I ordered my son a grilled cheese kids meal to start. It came out mostly burnt but we didn’t say anything because things happen and he ate around the worst of it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce and no mayo. It came out with mayo. I let the server know and she said they would make a new one. It took so long that my husband ate 15 wings, my son was completely done, and my sandwich still wasn’t out with no communication. I asked the server to cancel it because we had to leave. (Had other plans we had to get to and my toddler was over it). She said it would be out soon and asked if I wanted it “to go” (I said no as it would be soggy and we were headed somewhere I couldn’t eat it). She agreed to cancel it. We waited another 10 minutes plus for her to bring the check, but she never did. So we paid for the items that came to the table on the tablet and left the sandwich on the check. We walked out slowly half expecting to be stopped, but nobody said anything. We love it there and go frequently. Overall just really disappointed by the service this time.

  I took my family to dinner last night when we received our meals they were cold almost as if they had been sitting out for a while or we got someone else’s order by mistake. I tried to get my waitress attention the whole time and she ignored us the whole time we were there. I even had to ask other staff members for refills on our drinks. This had to have been the worst experience ever i don’t think we will ever go back due to the lack of staff checking in on guests.

  Sierra was absolutely amazing! We had been here several times and have had bad service, food and drinks. We decided to try it again and she was awesome! We will definitely be back and will be asking for her as our server. Go see her - you won’t be disappointed.
